Many of us knowIndiana Jonesfor his films and numerous characters have been introduced throughout his various adventures. Indiana has a knack for drawing interesting people to him and most are willing to help him out or tag along on his adventures. However, they also manage to step outside their supporting roles to be defined in their own right.
They’re each distinct in appearance and behavior, with some traits standing out more than others. The zodiac signs each have their associated qualities and personalities based on astrological definitions and depending on which one you are, you may share some similarities with a certain Indiana Jones character.

SPOILERS! PLOT AND CHARACTER DETAILS TO FOLLOW!
Current Status
Alive
Leading the year at the top of the order, you’ve got Aries represented by a ram. It’s quite a coincidence that those under this sign would share some similarities with the titular character of Indiana Jones himself. Aries can be considered as a headstrong sign that goes after what they want and will work hard to get it.
Indiana Jones is much like this, choosing to risk his life and enter dangerous situations because he’s determined to see things through. He prefers to work alone, but when he is in a group, he’s the one to take charge and not one to listen to orders.

Arguably Indiana’s most well-known companion, Sallah has been helping the adventurer since Raiders of the Lost Ark. Like the qualities associated most with a Taurus, Sallah is generous, cool-headed, and stable, somewhat of a foil to Indiana Jones.
He has no problem joining Indiana on his adventures, if only for the experience and to keep an eye on his friends. On a personal level, Sallah can be a bit self-indulgent with his visitors, preferring to have more of a social encounter than going right into the more pressing tasks at hand.

The Gemini is an unusual sign typically represented as two entities intertwined, or one entity divided, which is one of the reasons why it can be connected to Marion. The more time passes, the more we see that she has different and distinct sides to her personality.
As the most well-known female character in Indiana Jones' adventures (eventually having Indy’s child and marrying him) from the moment she appears, Marion is extroverted and impulsive, having no problem speaking her mind and making sure that she’s heard. Due to her circumstances, Marion tends to look out for herself while secretly believing that things can get better.

Presumed Alive
The Temple of Doom is commonly seen as the Black Sheep of the original Indiana Jones trilogy, having a much darker and more graphic tone. It’s something that a Cancer sign would try to stay away from and yet Short Round is the main side-kick of the story. Like a Cancer, Short Round is an extremely caring character, showing genuine concern whenever something bad happens to Indiana.
He’s also understandably shy, having grown up on the streets after having been orphaned. Despite this, he remains a very sensitive person, unwilling to abandon anyone in need. Still, like any child and some Cancer personalities, Short Round can be moody and seek some time to himself.

Deceased
The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull made a lot of… unexpected decisions when making a more modern Indiana Jones adventure. One of those decisions was the introduction of Mutt Williams, revealed to be the son of Marion and Jones.
No matter what you think of him, Mutt does share qualities associated with the Leo zodiac. Within minutes, he’s shown to be a very confident and hot-headed young guy acting in ways that feed his ego. To balance it out, this is a facade that hides a caring side, mainly towards his mother.

Another of Indiana Jones' longtime colleagues and friends, Marcus Brody, is introduced as a friendly and pleasant academic friend. He’s the curator of the museum that Jones contributes to and is a former adventurer himself.
The Virgo zodiac highlights his qualities as a highly intelligent and analytical mind when he’s in his preferred environment. He can be a bit strained when out in the field, judging his surroundings as less than optimal. However, when he is needed, he will step up and can be trusted to do the best of what is asked of him.

Presumed Deceased
Another addition to the Indiana Jones roster is the adventurer’s former companion in arms, George McHale, or Mac for short. Compared to Jones, Mac is much more easygoing and sociable like many Libras tend to be.
Even after he’s revealed to be siding with the enemy, Mac tries to maintain good relations with Jones and his party, relying on his subtle charm. Still, he’s quick to see which way the wind is blowing before picking sides but has trouble committing to anything or anyone, and that indecisiveness works against him.

Of all the signs, Scorpio is the most mysterious and the Indiana Jones films are not short on mystery. In The Last Crusade, an unknown group appears in Italy working against Jones and his team in their search for the Holy Grail. After a long fight, one of the group’s members, Kazim, reveals himself.
The mysterious and secretive warrior has risked everything for the care and protection of the Holy Grail as a member of the Brotherhood of the Cruciform Sword. He may envy those living traditional lives, but he remains unshaken in his duties.

Based on Indiana’s character, it’s reasonable to think that he came from some kind of traveling and diverse background. When introduced to his father, Henry Jones, you get to see the differences between father and son very clearly. As a Sagittarius can be, Henry Jones is an honest man who is still seeking adventure even in his old age, but to a less intense degree.
He prizes knowledge and preservation above all else, being overly confident that his research and way of thinking are the best way to go about things. He can be impatient when things don’t yield results but is willing to improvise.

The Capricorn zodiac is often defined as being grounded but with the desire to achieve something more. This is why it may feel connected to a very specific character in The Grail Knight. As per his story, the Knight is the last of three brothers who risk everything to find the grail and once they do, make a vow to guard it.
The Knight is self-conscious about what this means for his life but is realistic in the sense that the Grail is too powerful for just any one person to possess. He may be soft-spoken but is willing to fight with his all.
