If you’re a long-term player, Vayuda Turquoise Crystals are likely the easiest material for Xianyun since you most likely already have enough of it. Moreover, you canonly find the Clearwater Jade and Cloudseam Scale in the Chenyu Valearea.
Finally, the scrolls can be acquired all across Teyvat by defeating various Samachurl enemies that are usually found with a group of Hilichurls.

You can easily get the Lightless Eye of the Maelstrom material by fighting the All-Devouring Narwhal weekly boss every week. Moreover, the Gold talent books can be acquired from theTaishan Mansion domain on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
You’ll also need one Crown of Insight every time youupgrade a talent from level nine to ten.
