Honkai: Star Railfirst launched with a total of three regions that you could visit at any point. However, after a long way, the fourth region called Penacony was added to the game during the Version 2.0 update, and Misha was the first four-star character everyone got to use from this region.
Unfortunately, since he came out with a new area, no one could pre-farm for his upgrades as all his materials were located in this area. You’ll need quite a few materials to get the best value from this character.
