From new locations to valuable treasures and gear, along with encounters with NPCs, exploration is brimming with surprises. The more you venture, the more rewarding it becomes, as you accumulate experience points to level up your two characters, Red and Antea, and acquire new equipment.
One of the main methods of obtaining new equipment is by unlocking locked chests scattered throughout the game. However, these chests aren’t always easy to find, and at times, their keys may be cleverly hidden, potentially causing you to overlook their valuable contents. This same challenge applies to the Traveller’s Strongbox chest.
Where To Find The Traveller’s Strongbox Chest
TheTraveller’s Strongboxis a locked chest located in thesnowy region known as Mount Pleasant.
In order to reach it,start from Fort Jericho.
Exit the fort andfollow the main path southeast until you reach its end. Eventually, you’ll come acrossa wooden bridge where a watchtower is visible.
Cross the bridge andcircle around to reach the watchtower.Inside, you’ll find the Traveller’s Strongbox.
Where To Find The Traveller’s Strongbox Key
Now, if you want to get the key, you need todescend from the watchtower and head to the left, where you’ll find a cave entrance.Enter the cave and follow the path to the right. Shortly after, you’ll come across aclimbable wall to your right—ascend it.
After that,make the jump to the other sideand continue along the path until you reacha shelter inside the cave.
Near the shelter, you’ll finda big box with a loot item on top. Pick up this item toacquire the Key to the Traveller’s Strongbox.
Now, all you have to do is head back to the chest location, unlock it, and claim your reward.
