While playingSkull And Bones, one of the best ways to gain a bunch of Infamy and Silver is by following the main story revolving around Scurlock and Sainte-Anne. After finishing a bunch of his missions, you’ll finally get the Cutthroat Secrets contract that leads you on a treasure hunt.
You first have to find the Agent’s Stash at a certain outpost and then use your ship to sink the traitors affecting Scurlock’s business. However, the treasure hunt won’t be easy since you’ve most likely not uncovered the outpost yet.
How To Find Agent’s Stash
As soon as you take on the Cutthroat Secrets mission from Scurlock, you’ll be able to read the map to find Agent’s Stash. This map mentions an outpost called Sunken Goldmine, which can be found on thewestern side, a little higher than Sainte-Anne’s level on the map. The region housing this outpost is called the Coast of Africa, and it has a ton of islands with small rivers in between.
Navigate through these rivers and reach the area to the left of where the Coast of Africa is written on the map to find this outpost. Once you land on it, follow the path in front leading you inland. While you’re on your way, you’ll find the path getting divided in multiple directions sometimes. Whenever this happens,always take the path on the right and keep going up.
You’ll find the stash rightbeside the Pirate Bonfireat the top.
Dig up the treasure and the location of the traitor will be marked on your map.
How To Defeat The Traitor
Once you have the traitor’s ship location, you can either sail to it orteleport to a nearby outpost and get there faster. After getting to the area, you’ll see a level five Rogue ship with the golden quest icon above its health bar. There’s a chance that this ship might be getting attacked by Privateers or other factions that are hostile towards it.
Get in the fight and sink this ship tofinish the Cutthroat Secrets quest and make Scurlock happy. you may then head back to Sainte-Anne and continue the story.
