Albion is the final continent you will encounter inUnicorn Overlord, and with it, you will now encounter the final Carved of Stone quest. With this final quest, you can acquire one of the most powerful staves in the game.
Before you can do any of that, though, you are going to need to locate the final Faded Journal, decipher the riddle, and then visit all the Albion carvings. Of course, some of these carvings are a little tricky to get to, but worry not, we’ll guide you to each.
All Albion Carving Locations
For starters, you’ll need to acquireFaded Journal 1. Head over toShroudford Townand then travel south. You’ll find yourself in a forest surrounded by ruins. Search those ruins and you will locate the Faded Journal 1.
If you travel to Albion via Lunokeu Harbor in Elheim, the ruins will be to your left. Unlike some of the other continents, you can get this journal very early.

Once you have the riddle in hand, you can get to deciphering. Since we are going in order of legs, you will start with theSerpentcarving, then you’ll move onto theHippocampuscarving, next will be theGoatcarving, and lastly, you will track down theOctopuscarving.
This carving simply requires you to head north fromGreig Town.
Hippocampus Carving
to get to the Hippocampus carving, you will need to restoreCitronpool Harbor. And in order to restore Citronpool Harbor, you will need to acquire Goat Milk. Head to theBisfaine Bascilicaprovisions shop. Now,purchase the Goat Biscuits. Whenever you encounter a goat, feed them a biscuit, and you will be able to collect their milk. Once you have restored Citronpool Harbor, take the boat to the Secluded Shore and you will reach the carving you seek.
This carving is north ofFort Kingsrock.
OctopusCarving
This carving is south ofShroudford Town.It is on the beach the ship from Elheim drops you off on.
Once you have activated all four carvings in order, you will be rewarded with theKingstaff Abliore. This staff boasts a fantastic magic attack stat and will increase all your base stats by five points!
