To begin, all you need to do ismake a Sim.This can be any age Sim, look any way you’d like, and give them any traits and aspirations. You’re given lots of freedom.

Next, you need toplace them on the most expensive empty lotin the game. This is theTwin Oracle Point lot in Newcrest. From here, you need to drain your Sim of all their funds. Open the cheat console by hitting Shift + CTRL + C, and type’testingcheats on’and hit enter, then’money 0’and hit enter. This will bring your household funds to zero.

Tips For Making Money During Rags To Riches

One of the most important parts of Rags to Riches is earning cash, and there are some ways you can do that without having a job.

The most lucrative way to make Simoleons before you get a job is tofind and sell collectibles. These are found all over the Sim worlds, and you can sell them directly from your inventory. You can sellfossils, crystals, and plantsto start. You’ll find these collectibles anywhere on the ground.

One of the toughest parts of the early Rags to Riches challenge is keeping your Sim’s basic needs met. Luckily, there are several ways to do this.

For hunger, you canmake food on public lots. Parks typically havegrillson them, and you’re free to use them to cook. You can alsopurchase food from food stalls, very commonly found in San Myshuno.

For bathrooms and showers,gyms will have bathrooms in them with public showers. These are the best places to go if your Sim needs to wash up. There are also public restrooms if they just need to go.

Sleeping is one of the more difficult challenges, since you need to complete the mandatory steps to build a house to buy a bed. However, you cansleep on public benches.

If you own Outdoor Retreat, you may alsopurchase a tent to use for sleeping. The tent must be placed on a public lot, though.
