Tips To Catch Squid

Squid are notorious for theirelusivenessin Stardew Valley. Theydart aroundthe fishing mini-game, making them a challenge to catch. Here’s how to outsmart these slippery creatures:

Have A Good Rod

AFiberglass Rodor, preferably, anIridium Rodwill significantly improve your odds. These powerful rods can better handle the squid’s struggles and will give you a better chance of reeling it in before it escapes.

Use Bait And Tackle

Usingbaitandtacklewill further increase your odds of catching a squid. Bait entices the squid, while tackle enhances your reeling technique.

Use aBait Makerto craft bait that targets squid specifically. And since squid are notorious for their erratic movements, aTrap Bobberis your best tackle choice.
