Plan For Your Flower Layout Before You Plant
It will not be the end of the world if youplant two or more plants too close to each other, but it will make itmore difficult to tend to the gardenif you don’t give each plant ample space. Estimate how close to each other two or more plants can be bytaking their size into account.
Rose bushes, for example, are a mess of flowers and stalks, andplating them too close together makes it difficult to see the ground, which means you might water improperly. It will alsomake taking cuttings way more imprecise.
Since the game isnot heavy on punishment, you will be able toremove plants and replant them elsewhere, but it is best to save yourself trouble by planning ahead.
Take Cuttings During The Daytime

Be Careful When You Pick Rocks Up
Not because something terrible might happen, but becauseit might really mess with the visuals of your garden. Most rocks can befound half-buried in the ground, and once you pick them up,you won’t be able to put them backas you found them and you’ll lose the more realistic half-buried look.
Pick up the rocks you will use for crafting, but unless you want a bunch of tall, awkwardly placed boulders everywhere, leave the rest of them alone.
