Axe is an item in Nightingale that can be used as a tool as well as a weapon. You can use it to slice enemies or to farm surviving resources. As wood is one of the essential resources for survival, you will need a tool to chop it down from the trees and have enough in your inventory. For that reason, you can carry an axe and drop some trees when needed.
Wood Axe is easier to craft, but you’re able to also go for Ornate or Dauntless Axe if you have all the items required for crafting. To get your own Axe, you need one Stone Block, one Wood Bundle and two pieces of Straps.
