As you experience life in the city as a student of Gekkoukan High School, you’ll be able to start Social Links with the classmates, schoolmates, and city residents you’ll meet. Your Social Links can grow in rank, and these are enhanced by Persona of a similar Arcana.
One Arcana that bears a Social Link is the Emperor Arcana, and the Social Link is the bond you form with the school’s Disciplinary Committee Representative, Hidetoshi Odagiri. This headstrong member of the council will grow fond of you as you share his ideals.
How To Unlock The Emperor Social Link
To unlock theEmperor Social Link, you’ll need to firstjoin the student council.
OnApril 27,Mitsuru will invite you to join the student council,thanks to your leadership abilities.
You won’t be required to attend every student council meeting, andyou can come as you please.
That being said,you won’t be part of the student council yetafter speaking with Mitsuru.
You’ll first need tohead to the faculty roomand speak withMs. Toriumito sign some things that will make your membership on the student council official.
The faculty room is on the west wing of thefirst floor of Gekkoukan High School.
Once you speak to Ms. Toriumi and sign the documents, you can enter thestudent council room on the second floor of Gekkoukan High Schoolto introduce yourself to the other members.
Once you meet the student council,a bond will be formed, and you’ll unlock theEmperor Social Link.

The Social Link you can form withOdagiriis of theEmperor Arcana.
As you interact with Odagiri, you’ll be able toearn bonuses from preferred responseswhen you have aPersona of the Emperor Arcanawith you. You’ll also enjoybonuseswhen youfuse Emperor Personas,thanks to this Social Link.
You canfuse or summon Personasof the Emperor Arcanain the Velvet Roombefore you meet up with Odagiri.
To grow your Social Link with Odagiri, you need toparticipate in student council meetings. You can enter the student council room onMondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, except the days before exams. The student council alsodoes not meet on holidays.
