When building their teams inHonkai: Star Rail, some folks are faced with a choice: focus on depleting the enemy’s Toughness or their HP. If you’re looking for some Relic sets to help characters who inflict Weakness Breaks or serve as support for characters who inflict Weakness Breaks, Watchmaker Master of Dream Machinations is a great Relic set to fulfill that role.
Watchmaker Master of Dream Machinations is Ruan Mei’s best Relic set, and it is fantastic on Xueyi. Support characters like Huohuo and Hanya are also very good with Watchmaker Master of Dream Machinations when they are serving to support Weakness Break DPS characters.
What Are Relics?

Relics come in sets of four. If your character holdstwo Relics of the same type, they will receive a small stat boost. If your character holdsfour Relics of the same type, they will receive even bigger stat boosts.
Each Relic will also have substats you’re able to increase by leveling them up.

What is Weakness Break?
A Weakness Break is when you completely deplete an enemy’s Toughness. When this happens, they will suffer more damage, and their turn will be delayed.

Ruan Mei
Ruan Mei is the best character for Watchmaker Master of Dream Machinations. Ruan Mei specializes in causing Weakness Breaks and helping her allies cause Weakness Breaks.
Her Skill increases her allies’Weakness Break efficiency by 50 percent.
Furthermore, when an ally inflicts a Weakness Break onto an enemy, she will deal60 percent of that Weakness Break damage to the enemy.
Lastly, herUltimate lengthens the time an enemy will be inflicted by Weakness Break,allowing her team to take further advantage of their weakened state.
With Watchmaker Master of Dream Machinations and her abilities, this Relic set will help her easily inflict Weakness Break, stunning and weakening enemies and giving her a good opportunity to attack.

Huohuo
While Huohuo is primarily a healer, she can be a good support unit if you run a Weakness Break team.
In addition to providing some heading, herTalent also dispels a debuff currently affecting an ally.This is usefulif your main Weakness Break DPS is trapped under a debuffof some kind.
Her main ability on a Weakness Break is her Ultimate. HerUltimatedoes the following for allies:
The Energy Regeneration helps your allies to use their Ultimates quicker, enabling them to trigger Break Effects more quickly. The Attack boost also makes their attacks on both the enemy’s Toughness and their HP more effective.
Xueyi
Xueyi’s main function is to lower enemies’ Toughness.
Her basic attacks will affect the target’s Toughness. When she or another ally does this, she will gain stacks of Karma.When Xueyi reaches eight stacks of Karma, she will perform a follow-up attack.
Her Ultimate ignores the enemy’s weakness and reduces its Toughness.The more Toughness that is reduced, the more damage it will deal (to a maximum of 36 percent).
Xueyi’s main function is to reduce the enemy’s Toughness, meaning the Weakness Break bonus is very important for her. The four-piece’s bonus also allows her enemies to help her reduce Toughness.

Hanya
Watchmaker Master of Dream Machinations is a good Relic set forHanya if she is playing a support role on Weakness Break teams.
Her primary function will be to inflictBurdenon enemies. Burden increases the damage taken by enemies and gives the team one additional Skill Point for every two turns an ally uses an ability. Burden can only affect one enemy at a time.
With the Watchmaker Master of Dream Machinations’ Weakness Break increase for the team partnered with Burden,Hanya can help her allies cause a huge amount of Weakness Break damage.
