The Last of Us Part TwoRemastered has introduced plenty of unique new skins for Ellie and Abby. Whileyou’ve probably seen a number of Ellie’s popular skins, Abby’s deserves a bit more appreciation. Most of Abby’s skins are the more practical, simple outfits she wears in the main story, but she has a handful of new ones that offer a new twist to Abby’s style.
Abby’s skins are a mix of graphic tees, outfits she wears in the main story, and special themes. Many of Abby’s skins are references to other games, consoles, and developers. These are the best Abby skins in The Last of Us Part Two Remastered.

9Eighties
Abby’s Eighties skin puts her in her most stylish fit yet. The outfit is largely built around her black leather jacket, detailed with studded hearts and adorning studs on the sleeves. Underneath, she’s wearing a colorful 80s version of the Washington Liberation Front t-shirt.
She accessorizes the outfit with large, mismatched earrings, dark eye makeup, lipstick, and layered necklaces. She wears this with black jeans held up by a studded belt and decorative chain. To top it all off, she pairs the look with combat boots.

8Bomber
The Bomber skin is an aviation-style outfit, highlighted with aviator sunglasses and a leather WLF bomber jacket. The jacket is adorned by several patches and checkerboard detailing on one of the sleeves. This outfit feels a bit more practical for the post-apocalyptic setting with cargo pants and boots.
Still, the hoodless bomber jacket and sunglasses don’t make sense for the rainy, cloudy weather of Seattle. However, the jacket does have “Salt Lake City” written in large letters on the back, which makes more sense for the climate there.

7Naughty Dog
A couple of Abby’s skins directly reference Naughty Dog, the developer of TLOU. The Naughty Dog skin is a muscle tee with Naughty Dog written in a retro font and style. Like the few other tank tops Abby wears, the Naughty Dog skin is sleeveless, showing off her muscular arms.
Alongside Naughty Dog are several references to PlayStation and Naughty Dog’s games. Eagle-eyed fans will noticenumerous easter eggs about the Uncharted series, though most of the time, you see these references in Ellie’s chapters.

6Jak & Daxter
One of Abby’s graphic tees references Jak & Daxter, a game Naughty Dog and other developers created. The Last of Us Part One and Two have multiple references to the game series. In the first game, you’re able to find unlockable outfits, a board game and toys in Pittsburgh, andan arcade game in the Left Behind DLC.
There’s another Jak & Daxter arcade game in The Last of Us Part Two and a PS3 console and game in Ellie’s house. During Abby’s portion of the story, you’re able to also watch a fellow Wolf play a Jak & Daxter game on a PS Vita.

5PlayStation
With Naughty Dog and Jak & Daxter tees, a PlayStation graphic tee in Abby’s closet is only fitting. You can unlock a bonus graphic tee with imagery of PlayStation’s controller symbols. There’s also a PlayStation logo on the hem of her sleeve.
As the Jak & Daxter entry mentions, a few references to PlayStation consoles exist in TLOU2. While Abby doesn’t get to see the PS3 and controllers in Ellie’s house, she does watch a friend play a game on the PS Vita.

4Badlands
Abby’s Badlands skin appears to reference the costumes worn in Mad Max, but it can also resemble the tribal skins in Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West. Abby sports the short haircut she has at the very end of The Last of Us Part Two. She also wears war paint on her face.
The rest of the outfit is tactical, with some armor plating and holsters. The armor on her shoulder shows the Fireflies' emblem. She also wears a bandana around her neck, elbow-length gloves, and wrapping around her ankles above her boots.

3Jackson
Though Abby wears this skin during her worst moments in The Last of Us Part Two, it’s still a cool fit. In her first appearance, Abby finds herself around thetown of Jackson, a safe haven for those who live there.
Abby doesn’t spend a lot of time in freezing temperatures, so it’s nice to see her in something different for a change. She wears a beanie on her head for warmth, which accents her long French braid.

2Salt Lake City
Abby’s Salt Lake City feels like the perfect way to separate Abby as a hopeful young teen from Abby as a hardened young adult. The outfit feels fitting for a young teenager who would normally be in school if it weren’t for the Cordyceps pandemic.
She wears a short-sleeved polo shirt and the usual cargo pants. Her hair is also much shorter than the long braid we see in the present. There’s something about this look that feels youthful and innocent, but maybe this is because of the context behind it as she wears it during the calm before the storm.

1WLF Reversible
Who doesn’t want moreWashington Liberation Frontmerch? The WLF Reversible is a bonus skin for Abby. The WLF jacket is a bright orange bomber jacket with her last name, Anderson, embroidered on the front, next to the WLF logo.
The bright orange bomber obviously stands out in the mostly neutral undertones of the game’s environment, making it a highly impractical choice for stealth. The jacket may leave you wondering if the jacket was originally meant for WLF enemies to wear so Ellie could easily identify them.
