Spider-Man 2has so many suits to unlock for Peter and Miles, it’s only natural you’ll love a few and dislike others. However, there was one suit in the sequel that the player base collectively hated, and it was a pretty important one. Mild spoilers for Spider-Man 2 ahead if you haven’t finished its story. Miles swings in wearing his Evolved suit towards the end of the game, and people didn’t like it. Despite that,Marvelhas gone ahead and given the suit its ownFunko Pop!

Spider-Man 2’s first four Funko Popswere revealed earlier this week, Kraven and Venom among them. Turns out there were three more to reveal, and Miles in his Evolved suit is one of them. The Pop! has perfectly recreated the suit, right down tothe Adidas trainers that were designed to be paired with it. There was a belief that the suit itself had been designed by Adidas and that its inclusion was part of a brand deal between it and Insomniac, but turns out that wasn’t the case.

Marvel andInsomniacclearly didn’t expect the backlash the suit received and already had various promotions in place following the release of the game in which it appears. The shoes Miles wears with it in the game were made and sold in real life, and even though Adidas didn’t design the suit,it did turn it into a tracksuitmeaning if you buy it and the shoes, you can look just like Miles - minus the mask - does in the game. Despite the reaction to the suit, both the shoes and the tracksuit appear to have sold pretty well.

I’m assuming the same will apply to the Funko Pop and once the figure goes on sale, likely at some point today, it will be snapped up. The same will apply to the four previously revealed Spider-Man 2 Pops and the other two shown off today. Especially the pick of the bunch which puts Peter in the symbiote suit. I wondered why that look, which Peter has for a huge chunk of the game, wasn’t included in the initial reveal. Turns out it will be among Spider-Man 2’s first, and potentially only, wave of Funko Pops after all.

Last but not least is another Peter Pop! One that puts the original webslinger in Spider-Man 2’s Velocity suit. A far more popular pick in the game. Well, I’m assuming it was since it wasn’t dragged online like Miles' Evolved attire. Unlike the other four Pops, the three Spider-Man 2 figures revealed today will be exclusive to various storefronts. The Miles Pop! can only be found at GameStop, Velocity Suit Peter is an Entertainment Earth exclusive, and Funko is keeping the Symbiote suit figure for its own storefront.
