International Women’s Day is coming up on June 29, 2025, and to mark the occasion,Steamis running a Women’s Day sale. Teaming up with Wings - a fund that finances indie games developed by women, marginalized genders, and other diverse groups - the sale has already begun, includes more than 400 games, and will run through March 10.
The goal of the ten-day event is to shine a spotlight on indie games that have been developed by women in a variety of ways. Some games will be spotlighted, demos and previews of upcoming games are also included, and many titles are on sale.Inkulinati, for example, will be available for 40 percent less during the Women’s Day sale.
Other games created by women that are available for less on Steam right now includeSprawl,The Wandering Village, andBefore We Leavewhich is a very tempting 75 percent off. Wings' Women’s Day sale isn’t all about the sale, though. Female-developed games that aren’t on sale but will hopefully bring in new players over the next ten days includeCard Shark,Calico, and the fantasticSlay The Princess.
