InWarhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, reasons, consequences, and actions are of the utmost importance. Therefore, when choosing your dialogue in the game, it’s hard not to think deeply. Blindly choosing an option can get you into trouble or, conversely, choosing the right option can reward you later.
After completing the prologue, you can explore many places in Chapter One, one of which is Rykadi Philia, the Prison Planetoid. However, if you progress without exploring everywhere, you might miss out on encountering specific prisoners and having a special dialogue with them. Hence, you need to find out where they are located and decide what to do with them.

Where Is The Prison Planet Rykadi Philia?
When you first reach Chapter One, there are several planets you may visit, including Rykad Minoris, Rykad Majoris, and Rykadi Philia within the Rykad system, along with a Voidship and the Eurac V station.
Since there are tasks you already need to accomplish on these planets, you’ll eventually visit them all.

The prison planetoid namedRykadi Philia is located just below the sun at the center of this system.
Before heading to Rykadi Philia, visit the Unidentified Voidship. This way, you can either attack the ship or trade with them to obtainuseful weapons like the Flamer and Medikits.

Most importantly, visiting this Voidship, Thundercatwill unlock an extra dialogue optionwith prisoners you’ll encounter later on. Therefore, going to the voidship is a very logical move.
Where Are The Prisoners In Rykadi Philia?
After landing on Rykadi Philia, you’ll be on the Main Level. Speak with Pilot Raquel, and you’ll bypass the trapped door andenter the barracks area.
After proceeding a bit, you’ll be ambushed by a group of prisoners.

Once you’ve survived the ambush, leave the dormitory filled with bunk beds andopen the iron-barred door.Proceed straight from the iron-barred room, which descends to the main level. However, instead of descending to the main level, enter theiron-barred door on your right.
You can open this with a Melta Charge, Tech-Use, or Multikey. Upon entering, you’llwitness a cutscene. After the conversation, theprisoners will kill the fanatics in front of them.

Learn Useful Information From The Prisoners
After they kill the fanatics, the prisoners will ask you not to shoot them, and you’ll havethree dialogue options:
Choosing the third option to kill these prisonerswill not benefit you in any way for now.

Youcanchoose this option if you are role-playing and want to play according to your character.
To obtain the second dialogue option, you must havevisited the Voidship located on the right side of the Rykari systembeforehand.

Still, this optiondoesn’t provide a positive or negative outcome. You simply gain a better understanding of where these prisoners came from, and Idira also comments on the situation.
Afterward, select “Give me a reason not to execute you on the spot.“Choosing this option will prompt the prisoners to provide youwith some information about the events here. Then, new dialogue options will emerge:

If you want to learn why things went wrong here, what happened, and why Warden Casteglia acted the way he did, you may ask them about the warden and the riot. At this point, you’ll havethree dialogue options remaining.
If you haven’t attacked the prisoners up to this point, there’s no sense in attacking them now.

Similarly, if you choose the option “If I spare you, what do I gain from it?”, they will mentionthe traders at Footfall Station. Afterward, you’re able to ask the prisoners about the nature of these traders. In short, this dialogue provides you withsome information about Footfall and the situation there.
If you select the dialogue, “Very well. I shall spare you,” the prisoners will again provide you with information about Footfall and the Shadow Quarters, andthey will mention Ryzza, who operates there.

You will encounter Ryzza inChapter Two, and if you convey Grandpa Bakhval’s regards to him, you will benefit from areduction of five Profit Factorcosts for buying the Fellowship of the Void.
Decide What To Do With The Prisoners
After this point, you’ll have three dialogue options left. Depending on your choice, you’ll receive aplus three conviction bonus:
Ultimately, the whole point of this event was to learn the code. Nowyou have a code to give to Ryzza, which will allow you to unlock a special dialogue option andgain a discount. What you do next doesn’t really matter. It entirely depends on your character and preference.
Consider your conviction gains after learning the code and apply the outcome accordingly. you’re able to also choose the plus three bonus based on the conviction you’ve advanced.
Take The Loot In The Prisoners' Cell
Don’t forget to loot the prisoners' cell after making your choice and settling your business with them.
Additionally, there’s a door in the room that you canopen with Demolition. In this hidden area, you’ll find a Medikit, Gas Cloud Grenade, and Diviner’s Staff. You’ll also find a Foe Hammer and Saturated Cape in the cupboard.
If you give the Diviner’s Staff to Idira, she will gain the Consign ability, and thefirst damage dealt to her target will be critical.Depending on the situation, it can be an alternative weapon for her Psychic Staff at that moment. Additionally, the Saturated Cape can be a good alternative toenhance Abelard’s Endure ability even further.
