8Arrow Rain
Arrow Rain is one of the first skills in the game that has the capability of hitting more than one enemy while also being able to hit more than once. Even though it does a low amount of Pierce damage, you will be using it into the mid-game. The earliest you’re able to get Arrow Rain is from the Priestess Arcana, High Pixie, who innately knows it at level 20.
This is especially useful when fighting enemies for the first time before you know their affinities since every time this move hits, it checks for a critical strike. When you factor in that it hits multiple times on multiple enemies, you’re getting many chances at landing a critical hit.

7Holy Arrow
The early game is filled with physical attacks that don’t usually apply any extra effects. When they do, the effects tend not to be very impressive either. Holy Arrow is the exception to this, as it has a low chance of inflicting Charm on a single target.
Charm is a very powerful status condition. Charmed enemies will act as your friends, supporting your team and attacking their friends.

You can get this single-target piercing skill as early as level 13 from Archangel, a Justice Arcana. If you don’t want to have to level anything, Principality - a Justice Arcana Persona - innately knows Holy Arrow and can be obtained at level 16.
6Neuro Slash
Neuro Slash is a skill that does medium Slash damage to the entire enemy team while also having a low chance to Confuse each shadow hit. This is a physical skill that you will use for the entire game once you can get your hands on a Persona with it.
The earliest that you may get Neuro Slash is from the Persona 5 Royal Persona Set 1. Inside of that DLC is Kasumi Yoshizawa’s Star Persona, Cendrillon, who innately knows Neuro Slash at 36. Outside of the DLC, the level 38 Vasuki - of the Hanged Arcana - learns it innately.

5Heat Wave
Sometimes in Persona 3 Reload you will come across fights where you just need to dish out some raw damage. This is where the Strike skill Heat Wave comes into play. Heat Wave hits like an absolute truck for a mid-game skill, doing massive damage to every enemy shadow in the encounter.
The earliest your team will have access to this ability is upon recruiting Shinjiro Aragaki to the group. His Hierophant Persona, Castor, innately knows Heat Wave.

To secure the skill for your Protagonist to use, you may get Heat Wave by raising a Girimekhala to level 42.
4Masquerade
Of course one of the best physical skills in the game belongs to a DLC Persona. Masquerade is the unique Slash attack of Vanadis. Belonging to the Star Arcana, Vanadis is from the Persona 5 Royal Persona Set 2 DLC and knows Masquerade innately at level 58.
Masquerade does heavy Slash damage and hits every enemy in the fight. This skill also has an increased critical strike rate with a high chance to crit. It doesn’t stop there though, as Masquerade also hits twice. This skill will have the Protagonist chaining criticals left and right, downing every shadow without a second look.

3Heaven’s Blade
Heaven’s Blade might not hit multiple enemies like the previous skill, but it does more than double its damage to a single foe. Like Masquerade, it has a high chance to critically hit, which is uncommon in Persona 3 Reload physical skills.
This Slash ability does as much damage as some characters' Theurgy skills.

With it being so powerful you can bet it is unique, boasting only two Personas that can learn it. The best way to get this incredible show-stopper in your hands is by raising a Uriel to level 63. Uriel is a Persona of the Aeon Arcana and is available at level 57.
2God’s Hand
This skill is as epic as its name. The hand of a literal god appears from the clouds above your targeted enemy, smashing its fist into it, erasing it from existence. God’s Hand deals massive Strike damage to a single foe with a small chance of critically hitting.
This late-game skill is learned by several Personas. With that said, the easiest way to get this skill on your team is by raising Akihiko’s Persona to level 72. If you want this skill in the hands of your Protagonist, you will have to raise your Social Link to 10 to fuse any of the Personas that can learn this powerful skill.

1Pralaya
Pralaya is the unique ability of the Tower Arcana Persona, Shiva. Pralaya cannot be learned by any other Persona, nor can it be inherited. Shiva can learn Pralaya at level 83.
When Shiva uses Pralaya it changes the landscape to a starry void. In this void it summons several celestial bodies that encompass the entire enemy team, eventually imploding each object, and doing massive Piercing damage. Every foe hit also has a medium chance to be Feared. It doesn’t end there either, as this skill can also critically hit, allowing you to chain another cast of it.
