Each creature inArk: Survival Ascendedis pretty unique in design and ability, and they all have their own ID in the game’s code that corresponds to them. What can you do with these ID codes? A whole lot of things, thanks to the game’s Admin Command console.

The main thing you’ll end up using them for is spawning in wild or pre-tamed creatures, which can be pretty useful if you want to do some damage-number testing, spawn in some dinosaurs for a PVE or PVP event, get a head-start on a single-player map, or just replace a fallen dinosaur that you really miss.
