LegoandDC’s relationship goes back years. From real-life Lego sets to a series of games and even a star-studded Lego Batman movie, it’s hard to imagine the two entities still have any ideas they can collaborate on to wow us all these years later. Enter what might be Lego and DC’s best team-up yet. A Lego Batman: The Animated Series set that turns Gotham’s skyline into an elaborate Lego set launching this April.

Unveiled on Thursday, the set is effectively a Lego portrait you’re able to proudly display in your home once complete, but the Lego buildings and everything else you’re tasked with putting together turn it into a gorgeous 3D model. Among the ones we’ve spotted in the images so far are a little Lego Batmobile hidden in the Batcave, a tiny animated Batman looking forlorn atop one of Gotham’s tallest skyscrapers, and Joker laughing in what appears to be a reference to Harly Quinn’s origin story.

Not hidden away waiting to be discovered are the four Minifigures included with the set. Batman, Joker, Harley Quinn, and Catwoman, their designs based on how they looked inBatman: The Animated Series. The store page for the setis live now, but it won’t be available to buy until June 01, 2025. The set will cost $299.99 which at first glance sounds like a lot, but for something this detailed, and a set that is made up of 4,200 bricks, that’s a pretty good price.

Lego has had a busy March already, launching its debut Animal Crossing setsand also a new collectioncelebrating 25 years of Lego Star Wars. There’s almost certainly more to come this weekend too withthe strong suggestion Lego will be announcing new Super Mario setson Saturday in preparation for Mario Day on March 10.
