Summary
Star WarsEpisode 3 Revenge of the Sith dropped one of the most influential pieces of lore to the Star Wars universe. During the height of the Clone Wars, Order 66 was a protocol in which all Jedi would be branded as traitors to the Republic and punished accordingly.
Programmed through inhibitor chips, the clones would then go on to exterminate their Jedi commanders. Luckily, a handful of Jedi managed to escape the purge either through pure luck, skill, or simply being away from the action when the order was called. These are ten Jedi that survived Order 66.

10Obi-Wan Kenobi
You Mean Old Ben Kenobi?
One of the most well-known survivors of Order 66, Obi-Wan had just earned a decisive victory against General Grievous. This victory would have brought the Clone Wars to a close, but fate had other plans. Just as he retrieved his lightsaber from a helpful Commander Cody, the order came in causing the clones to turn on their Jedi commander.
Obi-Wan would survive as the blast merely knocked him into the waters below. He then sent out a message to warn any remaining Jedi of the situation. Obi-Wan would later look after Luke Skywalker on Tatooine.

9Yoda
Jedi Master To Swamp Hermit
Yoda was a Jedi Grand Master who survived Order 66 through his skill with a lightsaber and his strong connection with the force. As the Jedi purge began, Yoda could sense his colleagues falling all across the galaxy.
This heads-up allowed him to react fast enough and avoid being executed by two clones on Kashyyk. After reuniting with Obi-Wan and failing to take down Palpatine, he exiled himself to the Dagobah system. There he spread wisdom to the few people that would come into contact with him as he waited for Luke’s arrival.

8Ahsoka Tano
Skilled And Deadly
Ahsoka Tano started off as a Jedi Padawanassigned to Anakin Skywalker. During her time as a Jedi, she learned the ways of the force and was taught combat by her master. After falling out with the Jedi Order, she would return to assist with the capture of Darth Maul.
After successfully apprehending Maul and stopping the uprisings on Mandalore, she sensed Anakin’s downfall. As the clones, including Rex, turned on her, she used every skill her master taught her to escape, save her clone companion, and fake her death.

7Caleb Dume
Rebel With A Cause
Caleb was a Jedi Padawan when Order 66 came down. He was initially very trusting of clones, so the betrayal would lead to his later distaste for them. He was lucky enough to be in the company of the Bad Batch when the order came through.
While Order 66 took effect immediately on the regular clones, members of the Bad Batch were mostly unaffected by its influence. This allowed Caleb enough time to escape into the snowy forests. He would later take on an apprentice of his own during Star Wars Rebels and go by the name Kanan Jarrus.

6Kelleran Beq And Grogu
Jar Jar Binks Is A Jedi
The Mandalorian introduced Baby Yoda and took the world by storm. The circumstances of his survival were kept hidden at the start of the series, but over time, Baby Yoda’s name was revealed as Grogu. He couldn’t have made it far without Kelleran Beq, who arrived and saved Grogu from execution.
After a high-stakes chase through the city of Coruscant, they only narrowly manage to escape into space. Many Jedi and soldiers would give their lives to buy them just enough time to evade the clones.

5Reva
Rage-Filled Youngling
Reva was a youngling when the clones attacked the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. Her group was almost able to escape until they were cornered by Anakin Skywalker who mercilessly executed them. Reva luckily survived by pretending to be dead.
She would eventually be trained as an Inquisitor for the Empire. Despite slipping to the dark side, her main motivation would be to get close enough to enact revenge on Darth Vader who she recognized as the same Jedi who betrayed the order.

4Cal Kestis
A Jedi Survivor
The protagonist of the Star Wars Jedi game series, Cal Kestis was training with his master, Jaro Tapal aboard a spaceship when Order 66 came down. Jaro Tapal devised a plan to get to safety which involved being a distraction while Cal worked his way through the ship’s ventilation system.
As the two approached the escape pod, Jaro Tapal would be mortally wounded. Luckily, his apprentice would survive and later, reunite with Cere Junda, another Jedi survivor. Together, they would form a crew and help in the fight against the Empire.

3Taron Malicos
Embraced The Dark Side
Taron Malicos was a Jedi who crash-landed on Dathomir after escaping the clones. During his time on the planet, he encountered the Nightbrothers who captured him and held him hostage. During his captivity,he learned to embrace the dark sideand began to manipulate those around him.
Eventually, Taron Malicos defeated the leader of the Nightbrothers and took his place as their leader. He would also convince the Nightsister, Merrin to teach him her magick. He did so by convincing her the Jedi were responsible for her fallen sisters.

2Jocasta Nu
Keeper Of The Archives
Jacosta Nu was the librarian at the Jedi Archives. Jocasta appeared in Star Wars Episode 2: Attack of the Clones, assisting Obi-Wan as he searched the archives for Kamino. She would also appear in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
While it is unknown how Jacosta survived, she was revealed to be alive in the Darth Vader comics. Jacosta would attempt to steal holocrons to restart the Jedi Order. She was one of the few remaining Jedi who knew of Darth Vader’s true identity resulting in her swift termination.

1Anakin Skywalker
Brought Back From The Dark
Anakin Skywalker would betray everything he ever believed in to save his wife Padme. In doing so, Anakin ceased to be, andDarth Vader was born. With Anakin by the Emperor’s side, he was exempt from Order 66, which allowed him to survive the next few decades.
During the battle of Endor, Luke Skywalker managed to reach his father, bringing him back to the light. With Darth Vader gone and Anakin back, the old warrior took down the Emperor and died being the Jedi he was always meant to be.
