There are arange of items added to the loot poolspecifically for this mode to help achieve this, including the Crash Pad Jrs. and Balloons. TheWings of Icarus itemis also in this game mode, andit can be invaluablewhen you’re trying to avoid the lava on this map.

In addition to the extra items in the loot pool, all the guns you’ll find will be Legendary qualityand modded with a number of items. Beaware of the weapon you’re selectingand how it can be used throughout the game since youwon’t have any opportunities to go lookingfor the loot once the lava starts to rise.

Communication is key in The Floor Is Lava, sotry to go in with one or multiple people you can talk toif you want to win.

This makes eliminations quick, as is the overall game, sincefalling into the lava in the later parts of the game surely means death. Furthermore, all the Reboot Vans will be under the lava pretty quickly, which meansbringing allies back from the dead isn’t an option.

Remember thatdestroying the base of someone’s structure can cause a chain reactionthat destroys the whole thing and drops them into the lava.

Due to the special items’ limited charges, your best opportunity is to build into the skyto avoid the threat. You can build on the lava, so that’s a positive, butfalling into it in the late game can mean sure death.
