While there are plenty of interesting activities inLike a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, there is also a fair share of strange objectives mixed in. One of the more confusing allows the player to go on the hunt for toilets across Japan and Hawaii.

Players are tasked with finding an item in a toilet bowl to earn the ‘Not a Total Waste’ achievement, which can fly under your radar since the toilets are usually hidden away. Thankfully, you can accomplish this achievement and search a toilet bowl whether you’re in Hawaii or Japan. Just be sure to wash your hands after.

How To Earn The ‘Not A Total Waste’ Achievement

Toearn the ‘Not a Total Waste’ Trophyor Achievement, you’ll need to find a toilet andsearch it using the prompted button. The first time you do so,you’ll receive the ‘Ethereal Egesta’ materialsand unlock the achievement. Someone in your party may even comment on the finding.

Most of thesetoilets seem to only be redeemable once, with an exception beingany toilet that you find inside the Hawaiian Haunt dungeon, as you’ll usually find one full in the bathrooms per floor.

Hawaii Toilet Locations

By our count, there are eight possible toilets in Hawaiithat you’re able to search for, with the Hawaiian Haunt dungeon refilling each timeyou find a new room. These locations and the number of toilets can be broken down as:

If you’re looking tofarm the Ethereal Egesta, then theHawaiian Haunt dungeon is likely to be your best betsince it can consistently spawn on multiple floors.

Japan Toilet Locations

There are a similar number of bathrooms in Japan, withsix toilets being found in Isezaki Ijinchoand seemingly none in Kamurocho. Thankfully, this means thatyou can earn this achievement and collect resources no matter what side of the oceanyou’re on.

As long as you aren’t in a section of the game that restricts your movement, you’re able to likely find a toilet a short distance from anywhereon either map. This makes completing the ‘Not a Total Waste’ achievement and getting the Ethereal Egesta a breeze.
