Garden Life: A Cozy Simulatorhas another aspect besides growing flowers that you can explore to make the community garden really come back to life; much like a certain apparition we know. Decorating your garden is just as crucial to the whole experience as tending to the flowers.

Luckily, Garden Life lets you craft a variety of items you can use to decorate the garden to your heart’s content, as is usually the case with cozy games. However, before you can get started on making your scenic decorations, you will need to gain access to the crafting table.

How To Unlock The Crafting Table In Story Mode

The crafting table, which islocated inside Robin’s shed(your shed!), can only beunlocked after completing a few steps of the tutorialat the beginning of the game.

You will first learn how to weed the soil, remove plants to get seeds, prune flowers and stems, water, and essentiallyall else you need to take care of the plants before you can advanceinto the mission when Robin makes the crafting table available.

It will start when Robin suddenly greets you and tells you that no one else knows they are still there, albeit in ghost form, and then proceeds toshow you their uncompleted to-do list on the shed’s wall.

You will have togo home and come back at least oncebefore Robin brings up crafting a bench for Leslie, andonce they have given you that quest, you will immediatelygain access to the crafting table.

When you play inSandbox mode, the crafting table doesn’t need to be unlocked. It will just be available for you to use immediately as you start.

How To Use The Crafting Table

There is alimited selection of garden decorationsyou can craft on the table, and you will mostly be using materials like rocks. You caneasily find a lot of materials around the garden.

Interacting with the tablewill open up a screen like a little booklet that willexplicitly tell you how much of each materialyou need to craft something. Craftingdoesn’t take a lot of time, either, so the bulk of the effort will be in collecting whatever you need.
