InPalworld, your base will become a fortitude of shelter and safety from stronger Pals and factions that pursue you. As you develop your base, you may have times when a raid is more than just inconvenient. These raids can wreak havoc on your base and ruin your plans, so how do you stop them?

There are a few ways you can stop raids from destroying your base, or from happening all together. Here are a few ways you can minimize raids from happening in Palworld to keep your base, and your Pals, safe from harm no matter where you go.

How To Disable Raids

The best and most effective way to avoid raids in Palworld is todisable them entirely. This can be done when you first start a world andcustomize the settings, and it can also be done afterwards–before you launch your world.

To disable raids from happening,go into the world settingsand scroll down until you see theoption to turn raids on or off. Toggle them off, and youwon’t have to deal with themat all.

This setting can be changed at any time by exiting the world and returning to the main menu.

From there, toggle the setting back on and you’ll start experiencing raids.

How To Protect Your Base From Being Attacked

Toprotect your basefrom Pals and factions, you’ll want to build a wall around it. Not only will you need a wall around your base, but you’ll also want tobuild walls outside your base.

Structures build outside of your base will deteriorate over time, but there are ways around this.

If you build gates outside the safety of your base, they willdeteriorate over time and break. However, building wooden walls outside your base will helpprevent raids from destroying your base.

Raids won’t become hostileuntil they cross the thresholdinto your base, so building a wall outside your base willprevent the intruders from attacking.

How To Stop Raids When They Happen

If you’re at your base when a raid begins and you’re not prepared, you canstop it from happening. To do so, open the menu and select the option toreturn to the title screen. Doing so willsave any progressyou’ve made and return you to the home screen. Then,relaunch your world.

When it loads, you’ll be right back where you were, butthe raid will be gone. You won’t have to worry about any damage to your base or Pals and you can carry on as normal.
