If you have just gained the ability to wander around freely inUnicorn Overlord, you will likely have stumbled upon a conspicuously broken bridge. After investigating the collapsed bridge, what Hodrick tells you should make itprettyclear that youwillbe repairing that bridge.
But worry not friend, we have all your bridge-building answers here. We will show youbothoptions for repairing the bridge, where you can find the necessary materials, and tell you what that bridge leads to (prepare to feel a tinge of disappointment).
The Location Of The Cornia Bridge
You will be able to find the broken bridge by headingeast of Ouvrir Harbor. Once you hit Fort Thessalon, take the road south.You will be able to head straight to it the moment you have finished the opening section of the game.
Recruiting A Builder
In order to repair it, you will need one of two characters.The first option is Mordon. He is located in the Walled City of Barbatimo.To reach the Walled City, follow the road from the harbor southeast. Once you reach the walled city, you will be given The Battle For Barbatimo quest. This battle will have you face off against the shield-crushing Warrior class. Upon finishing the quest, you can choose to recruit Mordon.

However, you don’thaveto recruit Mordon. You could also execute him.If you are reading this after having already killed Mordon (because you are a sicko), worry not, you can still repair that bridge.There is another character who will join you named Kitra. She will enlist during the primary campaign, more specifically, during the Priestess Abducted quest.
Acquiring The Materials
Now that you have a builder, you simply need to acquire the 30 Corsite Stones required for reassembling the bridge. Now, you may acquire Corsite all over Cornia.You can collect Corsite near Treyes Village, Palevia Harbor, Bellum Ghoria Hamlet, and Fort Veille.However,the quicker way would be to head for the Cornia Quarry, which will allow you to mine an endless amount of Corsite Stone.

What Does Repairing The Bridge Earn You?
Sadists rejoice, your reward for rebuilding the bridge is that you get the option to try and reclaim Cornia for good by starting the Unicorn Overlord quest. Yes, you will be able to engage in the final battle, facing off against level 40 enemies. Lucky you!Needless to say, unless you are ready for one hell of a challenge, you shouldn’t do this.However, from this point onward, if you so choose, you may attempt the final mission of the game.
One fun element is that the events that play before this battle are radically different depending on what you have done in the game.So, it is fun watching it early on, just to see how things change later.
