With its huge roster of playable characters,Unicorn Overlordoffers players lots of ways to customise their teams and build their army. If you see a character you really love, you may have to meet certain prerequisites in order to add them to your team. Most often, this is done by completing certain quests, but some characters have recruitment conditions unique to them.
If you’re looking to recruit anyone from Adel to Scarlett to Yunifi to Rosalinde and more, this is how you can add them to your teams, whether they’re from Cornia, Drakenhold, Elheim, Bastonia, or Albion.
How To Recruit Characters
Most characters can be recruited bycompleting certain quests.There are a few characters who you mustspare from executionorspeak with them using a specific characterin order to recruit them.
Some of the characters you recruit you can also marry, but this is not an available option for all of them. Regardless of if they’re interested in marriage or not, you are able to build Rapport with all of them. Rapport is extremely valuable because it helps make your characters stronger in battle and can even unlock hidden dialogue options.

Choose not to execute Melisandre during the Blade of House Meilet.

Choose not to execute her during the Blade of House Meillet.
Hilda
Knight
Have Primm talk to Hilda in the Champion of Order quest.
Complete O’er Wood and Water.
Railanor
Save her from the Magick of Control and have Rosalinde speak to her.
Complete To Resist Or To Yeild.
Complete To Resist Or To Yield.
Ramona
Wereowl
Have Yunifi speak to Ramona during the Tempest of White quest.
Umerus
Feathersword
After choosing not to kill Umerus, have Scarlett speak to him in A Faded Flower.
