Quick Links
There’s plenty of emphasis on time with your social links inPersona 3 Reload, but you won’t meet the character who represents the Star arcana – Mamoru Hayase – until the beginning of August. The good news there is that it gives you time to level up enough to bring a Star Persona with you when you hang out.
Following a summer track meet, Hayase asks you to meet him at Iwatodai Strip Mall for a bite to eat from time to time, unfurling the story of an eldest brother doing his best to fill in the gaps his dad left behind.

How To Begin The Star Social Link
Though you’ll be meeting most of your Persona 3 Reload social links fairly early into the game, it’s not until thetrack meeton 8/2that you’ll be introduced to Mamoru Hayase. This introduction comes after a week or so of hearing about what a tough competitor he’ll be at the meet, but after he beats you, Hayase introduces himself and invites you out for food sometime.
After this, you’ll find Mamoruoutside of Wilduck Burgerat the Iwatodai Strip Mallon Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and he’ll almost always be willing to grab a bite to eat.

This is, of course, provided you’ve reachedLevel Four Courage, that is, since it takes a lot to be able to put a sports rivalry aside in the name of making a friend.
