Persona 3 Reloaddelivers a strong batch of Social Links for newcomers and an excellent presentation of them for longtime fans. Among the many Social Links, the Hierophant Arcana’s ‘Elderly Couple’ stands tall among the most emotionally turbulent, and thus, the most intriguing.
As part of our complete coverage of Atlus' modern remake of the beloved Persona 3, we’ve written this Hierophant Arcana guide so that your protagonist can help the delightful elderly Bunkichi and Mitsuko through their struggles. Of course, there will be more tangible rewards, as well - and a strict deadline to consider in the middle of it all.

How To Unlock The Elderly Couple Social Link
Husband and wifeBunkichi and Mitsuko, referred to asElderlyCouplewithin Persona 3 Reload’s Social Link screen, represent theHierophantArcana. They’reone of the earliestSocial Links that can be unlocked, but you’ll need to know where to find them before you can get to charming them.
Starting4/25, theBookworms Bookstoreis located inIwotodai Strip Mall. It’s a small premise directly left of Wilduck Burger on the first floor of the sprawling outdoor structure. During the protagonist’s initial meet-and-greet, apersimmon treegrowing at Gekkoukan Highwill be mentioned.
You can head back to Gekkoukan on the same day you meet the couple, so don’t waste any time with it!
Make your way to the area of the school that is designatedCorridor, which is the outside pathway between the main building and the gymnasium. The persimmon tree ismidway down the path, near a student, so fetch thepersimmon leafandbring it to Bunkichi and Mitsuko.

How To Rank Up The Elderly Couple Social Link
With the persimmon leaf in hand, your introductory discourse with these lovely elderly folks continues, thus unlocking the Hierophant Arcana. We’ll include thisRank One conversation, althoughno optional Affinity Points will be earneduntil Rank Two onward, as is typically the case in Persona 3 Reload.
You shouldalways arrive with a Hierophant Personain your active stock, as you will sometimes gain an additional Affinity Point when answering Bunkichi’s and Mitsuko’s questions. Since money is tight early on, try not to fuse away that Persona!
