With almost two dozen social links inPersona 3 Reload, it can be tricky to decide who you’d like to spend time with, but when one social link mentions someone called the “Gourmet King” hanging out at Paulownia Mall, we don’t blame you for being curious enough to check him out.
Nozomi Suemitsu is the man who wears that crown, and he’s got a wealth of knowledge of every restaurant on Port Island. He’s also got lingering trauma and one foot in a cult, but nobody’s perfect. Here’s how to rank up your Moon social link with Nozomi in P3R.

How To Unlock The Moon Social Link
There are a handful of prerequisites you’ll need to meet in Persona 3 Reload before you can formally unlock the Moon social link withNozomi Suemitsu, a chubby boy who’s better known as the"Gourmet King."
To triggerNozomi appearing atPaulownia Mall, where you’ll often see him having a snack by the fountain, you’ll need tospeak toKenji Tomochikaon5/8. It’s during this chat that you’ll learn about the Gourmet King at the mall, and Nozomi will begin to appear as soon as you have.
However, you needLevel Two Charmto get him to begin speaking to you, lowered from the Level Three it wasin P3 and P3P.
Though you can spend time with Kenji if you’d like, asking him about Nozomi on 5/8 does not consume your time slot. In fact, Nozomi begins to appear at Paulownia Mall immediately, so you can head right over to meet him if you so choose.
As soon as you’re ready, go meet Nozomi at Paulownia Mall, but you’ll find he won’t spend time with someone who doesn’t know their stuff aboutthe local eaterieson Port Island. As such, he’ll give you aquiz you need to pass before the Moon social link begins.

Question three: What item is on the secret menu at Hagakure?

Once you’ve answered the questions correctly, though, you’re still not done - Nozomi would also like totry a new snack, something he’s never had before. He wants you tooffer him an Odd Morsel, which can you find in chests around Tartarus.
While he’s not a fan of the Odd Morsel, Nozomi does warm up to you, and once all of this is complete, you’ll begin the Moon social link in Persona 3 Reload.

At Nozomi’s Rank Nine scene, you’ll momentarily be told thatthesocial link has reversedto Rank Eight. However, continue the scene, and you’ll proceed to Rank Nine.
