Updated on July 09, 2025:Since our guide was first published, Scopely has made several changes to how the Peg-E events work, such as changing the layouts of the pachinko boards and adding different iterations of the Prize Drop event. We’re updating our guide to Peg-E events today to reflect these changes.

How To Play The Peg-E Mini-Game

Roughly once a month, you’ll be playing a new Peg-E event in Monopoly Go, sometimes also referred to as simply the Prize Drop events. Throughout, you’ll becollecting tokens to use in the pachinko machinethat offers various prizes, increasing in value as you hit benchmark goals. You’ll find extra Peg-E tokens by:

Like your dice roll multipliers, you canchange the point multiplier on Peg-E, the machine whose belly serves as the game board for the Prize Drop events. As you drop tokens, they’ll bounce around the pegs on the board before eventuallyfalling into one of the slots along the bottom.

The slots have different point values mirrored across the board, and you’ll notice thatthe center slot is worth the most, as it’s typically the toughest to sink. The outermost slots are worth the least, with values increasing as you work inward. For each ball you sink, you’ll have that number ofpoints added to your event total, with the rewards paying out as you achieve benchmark amounts.

The more you play, the higher point values you’ll need to collect rewards from Peg-E in Monopoly Go, so be sure to collect tokens throughout the event. If you’re willing to spend a few bucks, the game will prompt you with a flash sale on extra Peg-E tokens that’s only valid for a few seconds when you run out of tokens naturally, providing you with an immediate chance to restock - for a price.

Hit The Bumpers For Extra Peg-E Rewards

You’ll notice that it’s not just pegs your Peg-E Prize Drop tokens will bounce off of when you play this Monopoly Go mini-game - there arebumpers on the boardat any given time, too, varying numbers of them depending on which Peg-E event is currently happening. Around each bumper is acompletion meterthat increases each time you hit it. Fill the meter completely to receive the reward shown when you exit back into the main game.

The bumper prizes you’ll earn during the Peg-E events includ things like:

If you’re not particular about which prizes you get from the Peg-E bumpers, then there’s not much strategy other than accounting for the fact thatyour tokens bounce off the bumpers, so it can be a little tough to plan the trajectory, especially now that Scopely seems to be changing the pattern of the Peg-E Prize Drop events more frequently.

What Is Peg-E Sticker Drop?

Added to the game in November 2024 to introduce the Swap Pack to the game, Peg-E Sticker Drop is a new iteration of the Prize Drop event thatonly pays out in sticker packsinstead of offering a variety of prizes. If you’re an avid sticker collector, these Sticker Drop events are absolute must-plays!

Sticker Drop was the first time we sawsticker packs added to the bumper prize list, and it seems that you’ll earn rarer stickers as you boost the number on your token multiplier. Each prize on the rewards list is a sticker pack, increasing in rarity as you continue to accumulate points. In the November 2024 Peg-E sticker drop event, the top prize was aSwap Pack, a fresh addition to the list of sticker packs available in Monopoly Go, offering much higher sticker rarities and the chance to change what you receive.

You do still earn free dice rolls, cash, and extra Peg-E tokens from the bumpers, but filling the bumper meter is the only way to receive prizes other than stickers during the Peg-E Sticker Drop events.
