To use it, you need to complete the World Quest: The Long-Failed Graph Adversarial Technology in order to acquire the Special Analysis Zoom Lens.
By itself, this Zoom Lens can be activated to allow zooming while using the Kamera.When it’s activated while you’re using Charlotte, holding her Elemental Skill will disable its original effects, and will allow you to use the Kamera while moving, fighting, or in domains.
While you have the Special Analysis Zoom Lens equipped, Charlotte can basically function as a moving Kamera. This allows you to take photos in Domains where the use of the Kamera is unavailable.

After you’ve leveled her up to Character Level 20, you can unlock her first Ascension Passive, Moment of Impact.With this Passive available, when enemies marked by the Hold version of Charlotte’s Elemental Skill are defeated, its cooldown will be decreased by two seconds.
This Passive can be triggered four times every 12 seconds, for a total cooldown decrease of eight seconds. 1She Can Unleash Pneuma Energy
