Posting messages in global chat can be a great way to pass the time, and it can also be used to share cool items you’ve found. If you’re looking to showcase your latest crafting project or lucky drop in Last Epoch, you’ll need to know how to add item links in chat. We’ll also explain how to use some other useful chat commands that might come in handy.
Global Chat Bug
As of the publication of this article, Last Epoch’s chat system is currently bugged and does not display chat messages for online characters, including item links.
Until it is fixed, we suggest sharing items on a third-party platform like Discord. You can also use the Merchant’s Guild to sell items.
How To Link Items In Chat
To link an item in chat,hover over the item you wish to link and press Ctrl + Left Click. This will add the item link to your chat window. you may either send the message as-is by pressing Escape, or you can continue to add to your message with text or extra item links.
You can link up to three items per message.
All players who see your message can then hover over your linked item to preview its properties, including its affixes and exact stat magnitudes. It’s a handy way to showcase new drops to friends or brag to fellow Last Epoch players in global chat.
