Enshrouded’s Hollow Halls showcases a dungeon in every biome, which will be shown by the Collector in the form of quests. The Revelwood Hollow Halls is the second of many more dungeons to come, and this dungeon is going to be way more difficult than the first Hollow Halls.
There will be several confusing puzzles and powerful foes that are exclusive to this dungeon. For one, the Revelwood Hollow Halls feature the very first boss, the Hollow Cyclops, in a dungeon. In this comprehensive guide, you’ll learn how to prepare for the dungeon, solve all the puzzles, and beat the Hollow Cyclops at the end.

Revelwood Hollow Halls Location
To find the entrance to the Revelwood Hollow Halls, teleport to the Revelwood Ancient Spire. If you have the “Ectoplasm Press for the Collector” quest, there will be a marker for the exact location on the map. However, the main path is blocked by a mountain.
There are two ways to get to the entrance from the top of the Revelwood fast travel point. First, you can cut straight to the mountain. In this method, you should have at least a Legendary Glider and maybe the Updraft skill from the skill tree.

If you don’t have these, you might not reach the top of the mountain and end up needing to circle back. The second method is justgliding in its direction and going through the Enshrouded area. In the image above, there’s an arrow leading to the entrance or main pathway to the Revelwood Hollow Halls.
Preparing For The Revelwood Hollow Halls
The Revelwood Hollow Halls boast enemies up to level 15, andit is recommended that you are at least level 17 to 18 while playing with at least one other player. If you made it to this point, you should know the Hollow Halls are extremely difficult, and everyone should prepare for the worst.
You should have the following ready before adventuring:
The Revelwood Bone Key is crafted by the Collector afterfinishing the first Hollow Halls. You’ll need this to open all the doors inside the Revelwood Hollow Halls.
TheGrappling Hook, explosives, and the Revelwood Bone Keyare the onlymandatoryones, but the other items listed should really help unless you have a big party to help with the combat.

Revelwood Hollow Halls First Checkpoint
The Hollow Halls in Revelwood start the same way as the first Hollow Halls: Youclear the first room and take the teleporterto the “real” start of the dungeon. Keep following the path until you see a barrier blocking the way.
There will be around 20+ enemies around the area, and you have to clear them fast. There’s a magical pile of bones around that spawns several skeletonsover and over again until you destroy them.

In the image above, you can see what it looks like.Use an explosive to destroy it immediately. They spawn skeletons extremely fast, so it is better to get rid of this before eliminating all the skeleton enemies around the room.
After you clear the room, it is time to unlock the first barrier. If you go around the room, you’ll see two other doors.

Both of them have the rune you are looking for to open the barrier.Upon entering the room, look up, and you’ll see a hook. Grapple to it with your Grappling Hook and look for the rune.
After unlocking the barrier, go straight until you get to the big room with multiple pillars on the side. There are several enemies in the middle of the area, soyou can easily snipe them from afar if you have a bow.

Jump down and clear the remaining enemies. There are some magical bone piles again, so ready your explosives.Once you clear the area, you’ll see a locked door with two orange runes on top of the door. This means that you need to find and push two buttons instead of finding the runes.
In the middle of the big room, there is a path to the left and the right.

Left Path - Fire Ball Trap Puzzle
If you go to the left first, you’ll see a fire ball trap.Jump through each of the balls until you reach the end. Once you reach the end, you’ll see a hook you can grapple.
The hook is seen on top of where the fire balls initially spawn.

Once you reach the top, follow the path until you see the rune.Interact with it, and you can jump to the middle again.
Right Path - Elite Enemies
If you head straight, you’ll see a chest ahead. Loot it and go back to this intersection. You can take either the left or right side. Keep following the path, andyou’ll encounter ten elite enemies with runes on their heads.
You have to eliminate all of them to unlock the barrier in this area. Once you defeat them, head to the unlocked barrier, and you’ll eventually see the second rune and interact with it. This should open the door, and you canjump down and glide to the next area.

Revelwood Hollow Halls Second Checkpoint
Head straight until you see the second checkpoint. Open the door and go straight to the next area. You’ll see some of the areas covered in mud, but the path here is straightforward.Keep following the path until you see the staircase leading up with a bunch of fire plants.
Open the door, and it’ll lead to the biggest area of the Revelwood Hollow Halls.

First Rune
Upon reaching the area, you’ll see the first rune out of eight you have to collect in this enormous area. Since this area is going to be confusing because of how big it is, you canthink of a square and divide it into nine sectionsin the perspective of the image above – lower left, middle left, upper left, up, center, bottom (where you are), lower right, middle right, and upper right.
Second Rune
The second rune is near the entrance.Go to the right, and you’ll see the rune floating in the air. There is a swing hook above it, so you can swing and get the rune.
Third Rune
Afterswinging from the hookand reaching the center of the second floor, look to the left. You’llsee a long pathway. Follow this path until you see the third rune.
Fourth Rune
The fourth rune iseasily seen at the center of the area. It is going to be guarded by a bunch of rats, so be careful.
Fifth Rune
The fifth rune is on the upper right side of the area. You’ll seea cave guarded by a lot of spiders. Dispose of them and look for the rune inside.
Sixth Rune
The sixth rune is on the lower left side of the area. You’ll seea cave with even more rats. Dispose of them and look for the rune inside the cave.
Seventh Rune
The seventh rune is on the lower right side of the area. You’ll see anothercave with a spiral staircase going up. There’s a lot of bats inside. These are quite dangerous because there is a bat here thathits you with a powerful lightning attack. After disposing of them, head to the top of the spiral staircase and grab the rune.
Eighth Rune
The eighth rune is on the upper left side of the area. Again, you’ll see another cave. Look for the rune inside, and you should unlock the barrier.
Revelwood Hollow Halls Third Checkpoint
After going through the barrier, you’ll get to the third checkpoint of the Revelwood Hollow Halls. Go forward until you see another hallway with several skeletal enemies. There’s going to be anotherone of those magical piles of bones that respawns the skeletons, so take care of those first.
Keep following the pathway until you see this door in the image above.A pile of bones partially blocks the door, but you can still open it with your Revelwood Bone Key.
If you encounter other doors, they only contain loot chests.
Open the door and head straight. You’ll see a long cave where you may slide down. There is poisonous terrain scattered around the cave, and you should avoid this as much as possible.
If you hit the poison as you are sliding down, you’ll lose all your stamina.
You’ll eventually reach an open area with a bunch of spiders and bats. The area is a bit small, considering there are so many spiders around, but you canhead forward and climb up the metallic fence on the wall. Spiders won’t reach you from here, so you can attack and deal with the bats first.
After clearing the area, continue climbing up the fence until you reach the top. Follow the path again, andyou’ll slide down the cave again, but this time, there’ll be some holes to avoid.
Revelwood Hollow Halls Fourth Checkpoint
After sliding down, head to the location pointed out in the image above. There’s going to be a staircase leading to the fourth checkpoint. Some enemies are patrolling the area, soyou can either run past them to get to the checkpoint or dispose of them first.
Head straight to the hallway and follow the path. Keep following the path and eliminate all the skeletons and magical bone piles you’re able to see.
Keep going straight until you see a door leading to the next area. You’ll see a staircase going up.Take the right side of the staircase and you’ll see a hook. Grapple toward it, andyou’ll enter the Revelwood Hollow Halls boss room.
How To Defeat The Hollow Cyclops - Revelwood Hollow Halls Boss
The Hollow Cyclops is fairly easy if you have a bunch of friends in your party. However, if you are playing solo, you have totelegraph all the attacks while dealing with all the additional skeletal enemiesthat spawn around the room.
The Hollow Cyclops has a wide-swing attack, butthe sword is so long that it is basically a ranged attack too. If you see the boss pull back, it is most likely a normal sword swing.
If you seethe Hollow Cyclops raise its arm, there is going to bea plunging spell where someone will be sent flying unless you can dodge roll the spell perfectly. There is also another variationwhere it raises its arm and the ground around the boss starts to glow green. After a short delay, the surrounding area will get smashed by the Hollow Cyclops.
Keep attacking the boss as much as possible. When you do damage fast enough, you won’t have to suffer kiting through the additional skeletal horde while fighting the Hollow Cyclops. If they do manage to spawn, you need to either kite them while hitting the boss or deal with them immediately with an area of effect spell or item(explosives).
If you are playing with some friends, you’ll notice that it loves to focus on one target (even a party without a tank). If you aren’t the target, feel free to unleash everything you have.
Hollow Cyclops Loot
After beating the boss, you’ll get the Hollow Cyclops Head and some Giant Bones. Once you get these items, your Ectoplasm Press For The Collector quest will change. Head back to your base and craft the Ectoplasm Press. Place it inside your base, and you’ll get another quest from The Collector about the next Hollow Halls.
