You won’t be able to earn this Pickaxe from purchasing anything in the game itself or through the Epic Games Store, you’ll need to go to your local retail store and purchase the physical cards if you live in a participating country. How To Claim The Midnight Scythe Pickaxe
To claim the Midnight Scythe Pickaxe in Fortnite, you’ll need topurchase a physical V-Bucks cardand thenredeem it on the official Epic Games websiteduring the promotionbetween March 18andApril 14, 2024.
In addition to getting the Pickaxe when you redeem these cards,you’ll also have new V-Bucksthat you can use to unlock the Battle Pass, the Festival Pass, or spend in the Item Shop on anything except real-money bundles denoted by prices.
You canpurchase the V-Bucks cards whenever, but redeeming them before the start of the promotion won’t give you the Pickaxe.
This is agreat opportunity for those who have unused cardsfrom the holidays or before, but mostretail stores and grocery chains tend to have some form of V-Bucks gift cardfor those who want to purchase one.
You canonly earn one of the rewardsper account, so purchasing any more than that is unnecessary.
