There are tons of events your Sim can take part in when it comes toThe Sims 4. From the regular holidays that come packaged with the Season expansion pack, to regular special events that take place in the base game, there is plenty for your Sims to do.
Along with these events and holidays come special collections for your Sims to gather. Your household collections have plenty of decorative items your Sim can display in their home, or sell for Simoleons. Once you know how to get all the event and holiday collections offered in the game, you’ll be able to decorate your Sim’s home with all kinds of treasures.
What Are The Holiday And Event Collections?
There are four different collections you can get during holidays and events in The Sims 4:
All of these collections can be found during events or holidays. They make perfect decorations for your Sims to enjoy during the special holidays, or a way to make some quick funds.
How To Get Sugar Skulls
Sugar Skulls can be obtained by leaving Sugar Skull Offerings at any tombstone or urn. This willsummon a Day of the Dead NPCthat will give youa random Sugar Skull.
Once you find a tombstone or urn, or cause a Sim’s death to make one, you’re able to click on it and chooseLeave Sugar Skull Offering.
It doesn’t matter what type of tombstone or urn your Sim makes the offering at. It can be the tombstone of an alien, a vampire, a spellcaster, or anything else.
If you are successful at leaving an offering, a Day of the Dead celebrator will begin roaming the neighborhood. You can click on them and chooseAsk for Sugar Skull. You will receive a random Sugar Skull from them.
Once you have the nine common Sugar Skulls,place them inside the special Sugar Skull Display Case. It can be purchased for 750 Simoleons in Buy Mode under Skills and Activities > Recreation.
Click on the filled display case and chooseHonor The Deadto receive the final Sugar Skull.

All the Sugar Skulls besides the golden Sunny Sugar Skull are common items. Sunny is the only rare item in the collection.
How To Get Holiday Cracker Plushies
Luckily, getting Holiday Cracker Plushies is simple. At any time, head to the closest computer and click on it. ChooseOrder, then click onPurchase Holiday Crackersfor 10 Simoleons. You can purchase as many as you’d like.
There are three different types of Holiday Crackers. However, none of them contain any exclusive plushies. you may get every plushie from any Holiday Cracker. You will nowfind the Holiday Crackersin yourSim’s inventory. Click on them to open them.
Not every Holiday Crackerwillcontain a Holiday Cracker Plushie. Sometimes they will contain candy, or even nothing. Keep buying more crackers to open until you’ve received all the plushies.
Holiday Crackers can only be purchased if you have the Holiday Celebration stuff pack installed. This pack is free, but you cannot purchase the Holiday Crackers if it’s not installed in your game.

How To Get Decorative Eggs
To get Decorative Eggs,you do need to have the Season expansion installed. There is no way to obtain them in the base game.
To find Decorative Eggs, you’ll need tosearch items around the world during a holiday where an Egg Hunt tradition is active. You’ll be able to find all the eggs this way.
You can hunt for eggs in all kinds of items. Search bookshelves, plants, dig sites, and more.
The best place to find the eggs is in fallen logs,which can be found outside. This is where you’re able to also find frogs.
If you’re feeling daring, you can alsofight the Flower Bunny for eggs. If you have the Flower Bunny tradition active, this NPC will pop up during the holiday.
Click on the Flower Bunny and choose Fight for Egg.
You’ll only get a Decorative Egg if you win the fight, so be careful.

There are12 different Decorative Eggsyou can find during the Egg Hunt. They don’t have specific names, but rather different designs. Here are all of them, with their rarity and value:

How To Get Magic Beans
Magic Beans can be found inside Rare Plants seed packets. To purchase these,your Sim has to be level ten in the Gardening skill.
If you want, you can cheat your Sim’s Gardening skill level by opening the cheat console by hitting Ctrl + Shift + C, and typing in ‘stats.set_skill_level Major_Gardening 10’. Hit enter, and your Sim will max out the Gardening skill instantly.
Once you’ve reached level ten in Gardening,purchase seeds either on a computer or from planters.This is where you’ll be able to purchase Rare Plant seeds. Each of these packetscosts 1,000 Simoleons.
There is no guarantee that a Magic Bean will be inside the seed packet. You’ll need to keep buying Rare Plant seed packets until you have all the Magic Beans.

There aresix different Magic Beansyou can collect, each corresponding to an emotion. Here are all the Magic Beans, along with their rarity and value:
Uncomfortable Magic Bean
Once you have all the Magic Beans,you can place them in a Magic PlantSim Stump. You can purchase this item in Buy Mode for Simoleons, found under Activities and Skills > Outdoor Activities.
Place your Magic Beans on the stump, and click on it toWaterit. This will grow aMystical Magic Bean Portal Tree.You can choose to explore the tree. Exploring the tree will give you theForbidden Fruit of the PlantSim. Eat it, and your Sim will become a Plant Sim.
