World of WarcraftPlunderstorm is Activision Blizzard’s newest and most revolutionary patch yet. The game introduces a limited-time battle royale event for players to enjoy with several unlockable cosmetics. These rewards come from the game’s Renown system.
This Renown system is at its core a battle pass, but on the bright side, you don’t have to pay extra for it. Each Renown level you achieve will give you cosmetic rewards such as mounts, transmog sets, pets, titles, and more. Here’s the best way to level up your Renown level and get these rewards as fast as possible.

Plunderstorm’s Renown System Explained
Plunderstorm’s Renown system requires you to play frequently to get all the rewards in such a limited time. There are over 40 levels to unlock where you need to plunder gold to level up. Each level requires 2,500 plundered gold, which brings the total to a whopping100,000 plundered goldto reach the maximum level.
For players who don’t have much time to play the game, you’ll need touse your time efficiently to maximize your gold plundering.

How Do You Get Renown in Plunderstorm?
The goal of Plunderstorm is not only to become the last player standing butyou also want to get as much Plunder as possible. When you play a game, you’ll see a “Plunder” buff in your buff bar.
The number reflects the plunder or gold you have gathered, which is directly converted to your Renown progress. However, if you notice that the image above has “Plunder carried: 208,” but the objectives bar says “458 Plunder collected,” it means thatthere are other ways of getting Plunder.

The main way of getting Plunder is by looting all the shiny Plundersyou see in the overworld and looting Supply, Magical, and Golden Chests. The rest of the Plunder comes from your daily quests
This is also a great way to level up without eliminating or grinding out mobs. You are guaranteed to get a Plunder quest in each game, and while some are harder to complete, you should always aim to finish them if your goal is to get Plunder.

Every time you start a Plunderstorm game, the captain gives you some objectives or quests to finish. There are multiple quests available, butwhich quests are available is completely random.
Some quests just require you to eliminate ten creatures while others require you to take down elite enemies or loot supply crates.
The Best Way To Get Renown In Plunderstorm
For each daily reset, everyone gets a single Daily Doubloon bonusforplaying Plunderstorm. It gives you a big Plunder bonus for playing just one game, butyou need to finish at least one of the captain’s quests.
If you play a game and die without finishing the quest, you won’t get the bonus, but you can still try to get it in the next game. Now, does winning the game give you more Plunder?Technically, it will give you more Plunder because you are in a game longer, butit isn’t the most efficient method.
After learning about the captain’s quests, which are given in every game, you want to complete these quests as fast as possible. Once you complete the quests, you have the choice of going aggressive and fighting players or to continue looking for small Plunders scattered around the map.
Do not leave the game after finishing the quests. You’ll forfeit your Plunder if you leave.
Once you have finished the quests, your Plunder farm becomes considerably slower. If you get eliminated after finishing all the quests, you can queue up for a new game and refresh the quests to get more Plunder.
You will get roughly 400-600 Plunder per game if you just finish the quests. Through this method, you’ll probably need around 200 games to reach the max level, which looks like a rough grind. But,if you capitalize on the daily bonuses, it’ll definitely take fewer than 200 games.
The Plunder estimate isn’t purely based on just finishing the quest. If you play the game normally while focusing on finishing the quests, you’ll still get random Plunder from enemies, the overworld, and chests.
It is quite weird that you aren’t incentivized to gain more Plunder on wins. Since you can try to lose after finishing the quests, you canfinish a single game in about six minutes and average around 500 Plunder per game. For the player who won, Plunder could go around 700 to 800, but takes more than ten minutes to finish a game.
