Struggling to manage inventory space is a staple of many survival crafting games. This rings true forEnshroudedas well, where you can often find more items than your backpack allows for. Rather than suffering with limited space, you can upgrade your backpack a little to ease the burden.
In this guide, we are going to take a look at how you can upgrade your backpack and, in turn, increase the amount of storage space that you have. Overall, these upgrades just require you to have the Hunter NPC, so we will go over how to obtain her first.

Where To Find The Hunter NPC
The Hunter, like all other NPCs, is found in a vault. To reach this location, you will need tohead across the Braelyn Bridge and take a right.This will take you east in a raised area north of the Elixir Well.
By heading right, you will come to anopen area with the Hunter’s Ancient Vault all the way to the right.There will be enemies outside; you can either sneak by or kill them. Once you are past, you canproceed into the vault and wake up the Hunter.
How To Upgrade Your Backpack
With the Hunter at your base and sheltered, you can start making backpack upgrades. By speaking to her, you cancraft the following three backpacks,which go in your backpack extension slot and give you more inventory space.
8 extra spots
5x String
16 extra spots
6x Linen
24 extra spots
5x Leather
5x Linen
All three backpacks will not be displayed right as you unlock the Hunter. You will first need toobtain the materials, which unlocks the recipe.
