The world ofDragon’s Dogma 2is alive and well, with NPCs going about their lives. You’ll find innkeepers tending their inns, guards patrolling cities and roads, and traveling merchants roaming far and wide with their goods. There are even sex workers plying their trade in a certain location, and it’s known as the Rose Chateau Bordelrie.
The Rose Chateau isn’t available for just anyone, though. It’s highly exclusive, and without a membership card, you’ll be turned away at best. At worst, you might want to run. You’ll need a membership card if you want to get in and meet the men and women of the Rose Chateau.
How To Get Into The Rose Chateau
The Rose Chateau Bordelrie is located in thesouthwestern corner of the Noble Quarterin Vernworth, and to enter it, you’llneed one of several types of membership cardsin order to get in and receive their services.
Entering the Bordelrie andtalking to most patrons without a cardwill result in theguards attacking you, and you’ll need to run away to lose their aggro.
Toget theMyrmecoleon Cardand be allowed entry, you’ll firstneed to completeone of the major story quests,An Unsettling Encounter. You can get access to this quest after meeting a few prerequisites:
Once you’vegotten An Unsettling Encounterfrom Brant andprogressed through it far enough, you’ll have anencounter with Lady Wilhelminaas part of the quest, which is what you’ll need.
After it’s over, Lady Wilhelmina willgive you the Myrmecoleon Card, and then you can leave and complete An Unsettling Encounter when you want.
With theMyrmecoleon Card in your inventory, you’ll be able toenter the Rose Chateau and speak with patronsand workers of the Bordelriewithout being attacked, and you’ll beable to purchase servicesfrom the Chateau’s workers.
Services from any of the regular workers in the Rose Chateaucosts 20,000 Gold per encounter. Once you’ve had enough encounters, you’ll be offered the opportunity to buy aPlatinum Myrmecoleon Card, which allows you to purchase the time of the ‘special’ workers on the upper floor. These cost 30,000 Gold per encounter.
