As you work to spread Democracy inHelldivers 2, you can also work toward getting all the game’s achievements to show that you’re one of the best soldiers Super Earth has to offer. The achievements in Helldivers 2 range from the mundane to activities that will require a little more work.
You’ll earn many of the achievements and trophies as you progress through your many missions spreading Liberty across the galaxy. For some of the more complex achievements, you may need to coordinate with your teammates or find a group that’s willing to test their skills and ability to survive alongside you.
Achievement/Trophy Guide
With thepopularity of Helldivers 2since its release, it makes sense that some of Super Earth’s finest would want to prove their mettleby getting all the game’s achievements.
Theseachievements are organized from the most to least acquiredby the community, so youhave an idea of the increasing difficultyas you attempt to earn all the achievements.
Bug Stomper
Play One Bug Mission.
Finishone of the Terminid missionsin the yellow section of the Galaxy War map.
They mostly come at night…
Extract from a mission during nighttime.
Find a mission on a planet in darkness, shown by the moon icon.
Bot Scrapper
Play One Bot Mission.
Finish one of the missions on the red section of the Galaxy War map.
Spread Managed Democracy
Kill 150 enemies during the same mission.
Do a Blitz mission by yourself or complete a higher difficulty level.
Cool guys don’t loo- AAAAH!
Fly at least 25 meters from the shockwave of an explosion.
Stand just close enough to an explosion from a Hellbomb or Stratagem that it will send you flying, but won’t kill you.
Job’s done!
Complete a mission but fail to extract.
Complete any mission, but die before you’re able to leave the level in the extraction shuttle.
Strapping young lad
Customize your Helldiver with a new cape, armor, and helmet.
While on your ship, use the middle section to change your entire armor set.
The long arm of Justice
Kill a target at a distance of over 100 meters.
Use the Anti-Material Rifle or something else with a scope to take out enemies from a considerable distance.
Extractinating the Countryside
Play a planet defense mission.
Play one of the missions shown with a shield or on a planet with ‘Defend’ above it.
Nothing is bigger than Freedom
Defeat a Hulk.
Defeat a Hulk automaton, one of the bulky robots with orange vents on the back.
In the nick of time
Extract after the timer reaches zero.
Wait for the mission time to run out, then get on the extraction shuttle that’s sent automatically.
Stalking is illegal
Complete a Stalker Hive tactical objective.
When you notice multiple Stalkers coming from one direction, go that way and destroy the nest.
They don’t call it Tacticool for nothin'
Complete 10 tactical objectives.
There are multiple side objectives per match. Just complete 10 of them.
Extractamundo!
Extract with a full team on a Hard difficulty, or more, mission.
verify that your team is revived and able to get on the extraction shuttle at the end of a Hard mission.
Democracy ain’t done with you yet!
Heal another player using stims.
When an ally’s health gets low enough, you can walk up to them and use a stim, as long as you have some left.
The power of Democracy
Kill 25 enemies with one Stratagem.
Using one of the larger strategems, like ‘Eagle Airstrike’ or ‘Eagle 500Kg Bomb,’ aim at a large grouping of enemies like a Bug Nest or Supply Ship.
Eat This!
Kill a bug warrior with a shotgun within one meter.
Unlock a shotgun from the Warbond or find one on the planet, then use it on a bug at close range.
The taller they are…
Defeat a Bile Titan.
After finding one of the large Bile Titans, use items like the ‘Orbital Railcannon Strike’ to do quick work. You can also drop a Hellpod of Supply Drop onto the creature.
For the greater good!
Kill 5,000 enemies.
Just complete missions and kill as many enemies as you can.
Complete missions, prioritizing shorter ones, until you get to 50.
Get some!
Fire at least 150 rounds in one burst, killing at least 10 enemies.
Use one of the machine guns like ‘Machine Gun,’ ‘Heavy Machine Gun,’ Stratagems to unload into a large grouping of enemies.
Samples are a diver’s best friend
Extract at least 15 rare samples from a mission as a team.
On higher difficulties, make sure you and your team are collecting andrecovering every Rare Sampleyou can find.
That which does not kill you…
Be injured in all limbs at the same time.
This is harder, but use one of the armor sets that have a ‘Democracy Protects’ passive, then get blown up by a grenade or a dud Hellbomb.
Promote Synergy
Provideassisted reload for a teammate.
When using a Support weapon like the ‘Spear’ or the ‘Autocannon,’ equip the ammo backpack and reload for them after they fire.
Hot Potato!
Throw back a live grenade.
Automatons will throw flashing red grenades at you, so throw them back with the prompted button.
Science is done by quantity
Extract with at least 15 common samples.
You’ll need to be holding all 15 samples, so see if your teammates will let you hold theirs for the achievement at the end of a match before you extract.
Fully operational
Reach max level on one ship module.
Collect all the samples across the higher difficulties and upgrade whichever Ship Module you want.
Hell Dive
Complete an Extreme difficulty mission, or higher, without anyone dying.
Embark on an ‘Extreme’ difficulty mission by yourself or with teammates you trust and then don’t die. You’ll likely luck into this if you do enough ‘Extreme’ missions.
Doing your part
Complete over 100 missions.
As with the 50 mission achievement, continue Helldiving and prioritize shorter missions to get it over sooner.
Ship It!
Upgradeall ship modulesat least one level.
Use Common Samples to upgrade every ship module at least once.
Kill it with fire!
Kill 100 enemies using fire damage during the same mission.
Use a ‘Flamethrower’ Support Stratagem and ‘Incendiary’ grenades or mines on a ‘Hard,’ or higher, difficulty level. Aim toward a Bug Breach as the insects march towards you.
Hold my Liber-tea!
While using a jump pack, knock yourself into a ragdoll state.
Equip the Jump Pack, throw a grenade at your feet, and then use the Jump Pack shortly before it explodes.
Let’s call it a draw
Shoot off both arms on a Hulkand then extract while it’s alive.
Use a weapon that isn’t too strong and aim for both of the robot’s arms. Then extract from the level without finishing it off.
Caught them by Supplies!
Kill aChargerwith a resupply pod.
When you have a Charger in one position or coming towards you, use a Supply Pod to kill it by landing on it.
Hold my primary, I’m going in!
Complete a full Hard difficulty mission, or higher, without anyone firing their primary or support weapon.
This is probably the more challenging objective, but one option might be a Blitz mission. you’re able to just use Stratagems to eliminate large swaths of enemies without ever firing your gun.
It’s the only way to be sure…
Have six orbital barrage Stratagems in the same place at the same time.
Communicate with your team ahead of dropping to the planet and ensure you have enough Orbital Stratagems equipped. Then throw all of them at one location as fast as you may.
Done in 360 seconds!
Complete a full Extreme difficulty Blitz mission and extract in under six minutes.
Use your best equipment and most powerful stratagems to eliminate as many enemies as fast as you may.
Get all the other Helldivers 2 trophies.(PlayStation Only)
Earn every other achievement on PlayStation.
Most of the achievements are easily acquiredby doing normal things throughout the title. However, there aresome more impressive challengesfor those Helldivers who want to prove they’re among the best.
