As you explore the furthest corners of the Palpagos Islands inPalworld, you’ll encounter different creatures of all shapes and sizes. These creatures are known as Pals and can be found in different places all over the map, and some can only be found at night. Pals have different skills that can help you at your base and in battle.
One of these Pals isSurfent Terra, who cannot be found right away. You’ll have to travel pretty far to find one and potentially catch it. Here’s everything you need to know about Surfent Terra and how to find them in Palworld.

How To Get Surfent Terra
Surfent Terra is asubspecies of Surfent, so the two are very similar. However, instead of being a Water Pal,Surfent Terra is a Ground Pal. You’ll find them in thedesert to the northeast,usually along the northern half of the desert.
Make sure tobring the right gearto handle the heat, asthe desert is incredibly hot.
The best way to reach them is tofast travel to the Deep Sand Dunesor the PIDF Tower to access the part of the desert they’re located in quickly.
Surfent Terra can be found slithering through the sand during the day and curled up at night. This Pal isnot active at night, so you’ll have a better chance tosneak up on them.
If you venture into the desert at night, make sure to bring cold-resistant armor because the temperatures will drop significantly.
The Surfent Terra will be a bit more difficult to capture due to it’s level, so you’ll want tobring Giga Spheres or betterto catch them. When you do, you’ll have a new Pal that canhelp you with Gatheringas their work suitability.
This Pal can also be ridden if you craft the right saddle for them, theAquadon Terra Saddle, which can beunlocked at level 24. They make fora useful allythat you can use toget around quickly.
