After agreeing to work on the Dondoko Island resort inLike a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Ichiban is given a small shack as a bonus when he signs on. You are tasked with decorating it to increase Kasuga’s health despite the small starting space.

To alleviate this, you are given the opportunity to expand Kasuga’s lodgings to ensure that he has the most comfortable house on the island. While he may start with a small and broken shack, you have the option to turn it into the house of his dreams as long as you’ve got the funds and furniture to keep it looking nice.

All Ichiban Dondoko Island House Upgrades

There arethree tiers of upgrades to Kasuga’s houseon Dondoko Island, withthe last offering multiple choices of decorations. You will earn the house when you visit Dondoko Island for the first time, so there are no special requirements other than getting two stars in ‘Livability’ to unlock the upgrade option.

Once you’ve earned those, you canspeak to Kenzo to unlock the following upgradesin tier order:

100,000

1,500,000

White and Blue Exterior

300,000

Pale Pink and Red Exterior

Red and Green Exterior

Yellow and Navy Exterior

Light Blue and Grey Exterior

Navy and Brown Exterior

Youcan’t unlock the exterior upgrades until you’ve paid for the second floorupgrade, which completes the house’s size upgrades.

If you change your house color after previously changing it, you’ll have to pay 300,000 Dondokobucks to revert it back to that color.

Gettingthe second floor expansion can be quite a grind, but it’s worth it to add another floor and unlock the customization options.
