What do you get when you mix a baboon, a hawk, and give it a few bat-like features? You get the screeching, hopping Baboon Hawk ofLethal Company. This avian primate likes to frequent the arid and forest moons, and you may not think much of it when it spots you, and runs off in the other direction.

Much like real world monkeys and apes, the Baboon Hawk is stronger in a group, and they can easily go from a brief nuisance to yet another threat to your life (and quota). These enemies can also be helpful though, since they’ll fight Eyeless Dogs, for better or worse.

How To Deal With Baboon Hawks

Baboon Hawks occupy a unique place among the enemies in Lethal Company: they’reboth a non-issue and incredibly dangerous, and they’reone of thefew enemieswho cankill another enemythatoften spawns around the same time of them, the Eyeless Dog.

Baboon Hawks will alsopick up and steal any dropped scrap, butdon’t take it to any specific locationlike Hoarding Bugs do.

They’ll try toattack you if you attempt to take the scrapback, andsuccessfully stealing itwill make aBaboon Hawk more likely to attack you, even if they’re alone.

Dealing With A Single Baboon Hawk

If aBaboon Hawk is alone, they’reone of the easiest enemies to kill, as they can bestunned repeatedly with a shovelbefore they get a single hit on you. Baboon Hawks takesix hits to kill with a Shovel, Stop Sign, or Yield Sign.

Ifthey do hit you, theydo less damage than most other entities, so you’ve got some leeway when you’re fighting them.

Themaximum numberofBaboons Hawksin agroup is 15, but theydon’t often reach this numberunlessyou’re on a moonunder the Eclipsed weather condition.
