Invigorated Gigas Battle Guide

The boss of the 171st floor of Tartarus is the incredibly strong Invigorated Gigas. This colossal shadow bars your entry into the next block of the game, and you must defeat it to gain entry into Harabah.

There are no teleporters in this room for you to regroup, but remember that you can now use theEscape Route skill for 24SPto return to the entrance of Tartarus, where you can save or make changes to your team composition.

When crafting a team for a fight against bosses with no weakness, you should consider team memberswho facilitate a buffing and debuffing strategy that maximizes physical attack critical strike chance.Thisboss would be similar if not for the fatal flaw mentioned earlier:the boss only uses Strike damage, soyou must equip the Protagonistwith a Persona that allows him to trivialize the boss’s skill set.

You can bring alongany other team members that you would like, butremember that they are most likely going to perish to the floor guardian’s indiscriminate strikes.Do not revive other members as it is a waste of your items.

Invigorated Gigas Hit Itself In Confusion

The second part of the Tziah Block gives the Protagonista chance to recruit the level 45 Chariot Arcana Persona, Shiki-Ouji, whichinnately repels all Strike damage. Since the boss is only capable of hitting with Strike damaging attacks, it will be unable to do damage to the Protagonist andwill only be able to deal damage to itself.

Once the battle has begun, you’ll be free to just attack the boss normally every turn, andeven though it will take quite a few turns, the boss will just fall over.To make the fight go by much quicker, and since there are no bosses right after this one, you should use yourJack Brothers Theurgyon the bossto do severe Almighty damage and inflict down on the bossfor a follow-up All-Out Attack by your team.
