With the Gone Fishin' update toLego Fortnitecomes bunches of new quests to complete, all of which give you experience towards the Battle Pass. The Try Fishing Quests will have you trying out the new fishing features, like crafting your first Fishing Rod, catching a fish at night, or using a Bait Bucket.

But what are the quests, and how do you complete them? In this guide, we’ve laid out for you what each quest is and what you need to do to satisfy the requirements for each one. So, let’s get fishing and reel in some great rewards.

How To Complete Try Fishing Quests

TheTry Fishingquests are broken up into two groups:Go Fish!andMaster Fishing.

Completing these quests will help you get to know thenew fishing featuresin the game, as well as earn you someXP to use towards your Battle Pass Rewards.

Craft a Fishing Rod in a Survival World.

At yourCrafting Bench, craft any Fishing Rod to complete this quest.

Eat Fish Food in a Survival World.

Catching fishunlocks recipes to make fish-based food. Eat any of the Fish Food you make to complete the quest.

Fish using a Bait Bucket in a Survival World.

Throw a Bait Bucket intoany body of waterand fish from the whirlpool of fish that appears. Fishing in the fish whirlpools found randomly also counts toward this quest.

Complete all Go Fish! Quests toearn 15,000 Experience towards the Battle Pass.

Catch a fish at night in a Survival World.

When the sun starts to set, nighttime has begun in Lego Fortnite.Go out and catch 3 fishduring the Night to complete this quest. But watch out for Skeletons.

Catch a fish in the ocean in a Survival World.

Any water on a beach or in the Shore biome is considered Ocean -catch 3 fish from the Oceanto complete the quest.

Catch fish in the Frostlands in a Survival World.

Bring your bestcold-weather protection and go fishing in the Frostlands!Catch 3 fish in this biometo complete the quest.

Craft a rare Fishing Rod in a Survival World.

At your Crafting Bench, where you crafted your first Fishing Rod,craft a rare quality Fishing Rod.

If you don’t have the recipe yet, simply putFlexwood Rod in your inventoryto unlock it.

Catch any color Legendary Flopper in a Survival World.

Catch aLegendary Flopper of any color (orange, blue, green, etc…)to complete this quest.

For this, you might need thehighest-level Fishing Rodand possibly somehigh-quality Bait Buckets.

Complete all Master Fishing Quests to earn15,000 Experience towards the Battle Pass.
