InFortniteChapter 5, one of the Week 13 Weekly Quests is to Successfully Surmount Superior Summit. This summit is the tall, snowy mountain south of Grand Glacier and east of Hazy Hillside. Once you’ve completed this quest, you will receive 15,000 XP towards your Battle Pass.

But with few movement items available since the removal of Ninja Turtle Weapons and Driftboards, what is the best way to scale this mountain? Should you use Shockwave Grenades? The Grapple Blade? What about dirtbikes? In this guide, we’ll tell you how to climb this formidable foe so you may get your reward.

How To Successfully Surmount Superior Summit

To complete this Weekly Quest, you must climb to the top ofSuperior Summit. This is not a standard POI, so it’s not marked on the map unless youmake the quest active.

While there are many ways in which you can scale this mountain, thebest and easiest methodis to simplyland on top of Superior Summitfrom the Battle Bus.

Standing below the zip line which will take you part of the way up the summit in Fortnite Chapter 5.

However, if it’s too far, or you miss it, there is anotherequally simple path.

Make your way toStormy Station, which is the outpostdirectly south of the summit. From here, there are a couple of ways to get to the mountain.

First, theNPC Leelah sellsCrash Pad Jrsand a rift. If you have the gold, the best option is to have heractivate a rift for 250 gold, and then you may land on the summit from there.

You can also take thezip-line on the northern side of Stormy Station. This will carry you abouthalfway up the mountain. Then, just hang a right and walk the rest of the way up.

At the top, you’ll find alaunch pad, which you can use to get back down and continue the match.
