Interestingly, many side quests within the game incorporate photography as an integral mechanic. For instance, in quests like Escape From Endless Writer’s Block, you are tasked with photographing specific locations and subjects to fulfill the quest objectives and regain her inspiration.
How To Begin Escape From Endless Writer’s Block
Once youreach Chapter 12 in the game, a plethora of new side content becomes available, including new side quests scattered across every region. If youreturn to Gongagaandcheck the Community Noticeboard, you’ll be able to find theEscape From Endless Writer’s Block side quest.
In this quest, you’ll be tasked with assisting a writer in overcoming her writer’s block bycapturing some compelling photographs for her next inspiration.
Resolve Themed Picture Location
For your first location, you want tohead north of the region to reach the shorewhere your objective here is tocapture a specific picture of Red.Look to the eastwhere you’ll spot asmall hill with some grass.
On top of this hill,you’ll notice a camera sign. Position your camera towards this spot andwait for Red to get into position. Once Red is in position,zoom in until you see the numbers turn green at 100 percent zoom, and thensnap the picture.
Suffering Themed Picture Location
For the next location,return to the Mako reactor southeast of this region. At the top of the entrance,you’ll notice the camera sign.
Just like before,position your camera towards this spot,wait for Red to get into position, and thentake the picture when the numbers turn green at 100 percent zoom.
Odyssey Themed Picture Location
For the final picture,make your way to the Gongaga airline west of the map. Inside, you’ll finda watchtower with a camera sign on it. As with the previous locations, point your camera at the top of the watchtower,wait for Red to get into position, and zoom in to 100 percent. Once the numbersturn green, capture the last picture you need.
With all the pictures at hand, simplyreturn to Maeveand hand over all the photographs. Once she’s satisfied, you’ll receive theCrescent Moon Charm accessory, as well as bothEXP and Party EXP. Additionally, yourrelationship with Barret will change.
