What Are The Memoirs Of A Dragon?
Memoirs of a Dragonkickstarts Kiryu diving into his past adventures viaspecial substoriesandgolden interaction locationsthat give Kiryu a chance to reminisce through the lens of the present.
The first Memoir of A Dragon substory brings Kiryu into a confrontation with one of the Amon assassins, who helps Kiryu unlock hisDragon’s Resurgence.
Dragon’s Resurgencelets Kiryu move freely around the battlefieldin classic Action RPG style, throwing punchesuntil his timer runs out.
Gold interaction points appear throughout the maponce you’ve stepped into chapter eight as Kiryu, and will appear in every location while you arein control of Kiryu.
Each subsequent memoir momentcreates a snapshot in Memoirs of a Dragon, andgrants Kiryu experience points(EXP) in one ofthe three Awakening categories– Tech, Soul, and Body.
Certain Memoirs of A Dragon conversations transpire viashort substories with individual characters, like the initial one with Amon.
Thesubstories award 70EXPin either Tech, Soul, or Body, whilegold interaction points award 50 EXP.
As you complete each moment, Kiryu will earn enough points toadvance his Awakening levels.

Life Linksare a set of cinematicsubstories where Date helps Kiryuto glimpse into the lives of the people he can no longer see after erasing his name.
Life Links are more linearthan Memoirs of a Dragon, as you must complete Life Links in order, and they require you toupgrade Kiryu’s Awakening to access the final threestories.
Don’t try to rush throughLifeLinks;they arethe payoffs for completing a larger chunk of objectivesand achieving higher Awakening levels.
