Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’ssecond season is kicking off its sixth week with a new set of weekly challenges. Each week, a series of challenges are added to Multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone that can be completed for massive bundles of XP. Complete any five of these challenges, and you’ll unlock a new attachment, aftermarket part, or even a new weapon.
This week’s challenges unlock the JAK Backsaw Kit for the Holger 556, a powerful attachment that turns the weapon into a highly mobile, hard-hitting assault rifle. This guide will explain how to unlock this attachment, what it does, and showcase every challenge released this week.
Week 6 Challenge Reward
Completing any five of this week’s challenges will unlock theJAK Backsaw Kit forthe Holger 556.Similar to the AMR9’s conversion kit, the Backsaw Kit causes the Holger tofire two bullets simultaneously.These bullets have a small gap between them, causing this weapon to suffer from rather severe spread when used in hipfire or tac stance.
Installing this attachment willreduce your damage by roughly 24% and fire rate by 20%, reducing your RPM to 472. While that seems like a fairly massive DPS nerf on paper, the weapon is capable of three-tapping opponents if all of your bullets land on their upper torso. You also gainfaster ADS speed, sprint-to-fire speed, weapon mobility, and a 100-round magazinewith this conversion kit.
