In addition to a central story quest, Lantern Rite has many different minigames for you to play, where you will gain Festive Fever points and be able to unlock these cool rewards! This year’s Lantern Rite runs from February 5 until February 26, and you will be able to complete the minigames whenever you want during this time.

Claiming Your Rewards

Not all rewards will be available to players at the very start of the event. The story quest and many of the minigame stages willunlock over time.

It can take you up to seven days to complete every task, andall rewards will be unlockableafter February 11.you may also get up toten Intertwined Fates by logging in for seven dayswhile the event is running from theMay Fortune FindYoupage under the Events Overview.

Free Liyue 4-Star and Xinqiu Skin

One of the best rewards Genshin gives you is afree Liyue 4-star characterof your choice. Whether you want a constellation on an old favourite, obtain a character you haven’t been able to pull for or the newly released Gaming, this reward is one of the best of the whole Lantern Rite.

You can also getXinqiu’s new skin, Bamboo Rain. Most skins go for more than 1000 Genesis Crystals (which you can get by spending money), so it’s good to get skins while they’re still available for free.

You can obtain your new 4-star by obtaining800 Festive Ferver pointsand the Xinqiu skin by obtaining600 points.The best way to obtain these points is by doing by competing in the Lantern Rite minigames:Paper Shadows A-Forging, Joyful Beasts and Their Auspices, and Aloft in Spring Breeze.

Paper Shadows A-Forging

Paper Shadows A-Forging only requires you to play each stage once, and you will get50 Festive Feverpoints for completing each level. Completing every stage will get you these rewards:

Joyful Beasts and Their Auspices Rewards

Like Paper Shadows, every level of Joyful Beasts and Their Auspices will give you30 Festive Fever points. You can also obtain more points byreaching total scores of 500 to 6000.

At the start of Lantern Rite, the game implements alimit on how many points you’re able to earn. The limitincreases by 2000 every two days,and you will be able to reach the maximum by February 8.

Iridescent Cloud-Strider Rewards

This minigame allows players to soar through the skies using the new Leaping Golden Carp mechanic, wherecharacters must use the Golden Carp’s Leap to leap through floating lanterns to gain points.This minigame takes players to different spots on Liyue’s new map, allowing you to fly around mountains and over hillsides.

To obtain all the rewards for this game, you need to win Gold (3000 points) in each stage.

Festive Fever
