Persona 3 Reloadadds a fair number of additional fights to Tartarus alongside returning guardians. Will-O-Wisp Raven, a sub-boss in the first half of Tartarus' Arqa block, is one such example. It feels a bit like Ruthless Ice Raven redux, but very much has its own unique spin.

Affinities and Weaknesses

As the name implies, theWill-O-Wisp Ravens utilize Agi (Fire) elemental attacksin addition to their base physicals. As such,verify Makoto isn’t equipped with a Persona weak to Fire.
At this point in the game, it might not have happened to you yet, but remember thatit’s game over if the protagonist drops in a fight. Since there are two of them to contend with, that means two attacks, often consecutively.
Their hits don’t typically do much more than half damage even to someone weak to Fire, but given the ‘One More’ system, do be careful!
Will-O-Wisp Raven Battle Strategy
Yukari is your acehere, even if the game script continues to insist it’s always Makoto. Of course, you’ve got double the good stuff going on ifMakoto has Garu. Don’t go ham with Persona fusions this early, for two key reasons - one of which is more relevant here than the other:
